  1. Guide "How to tell the difference between T-90 and T-90A". These are the most visible differences between T-90 and T-90A. I made this guide because I haven't seen any on this topic and majority of people don't even know there are these two variants (there are more) or don't know what is different between them, so I wanted to enlighten people. This guide is not 100% true because there are some "hybrid" T-90 which incorporate parts from both models, for example T-90A chassis (body, new tracks and engine) with T-90 cast turret = T-90K http://live.warthunder.com/post/599752/en/ I didn't incorporated export(T-90S) models because they can be distinguished very easily by the complete lack of Shtora-1 EOCMDAS or by the missing MTShU-1-7 modulator such as T-90SA for Algeria, Armenia and Azerbaijan. I am open to any suggestion or to constructive criticism. I hope this will help.

  2. Wonder Woman The Wonder Woman is next DC depressing movie about superheroes. This movie sets itself appart from Marvels movie by having unusual twist - superheroes in this film are actually a bad guys! In this universe Superman, Wonder woman and other powerful superheroes came to conclusion that they will never be able to save humanity, as main danger for it is humanity itself! Which led many of them to decide to establish super-dictatorship on humans, with very strict order, eugenics and genetical modification of human brains and bodies to make them obedient and futile. Superman in the film established his forces of mass-produced replica soldiers using alien tech to defeat humanity. Replicas were made out of Supermans fanboys using a lot of genetic enhancement Civil war between superheroes ended in favor of dictatorship-backers and now humanity is in deep trouble, as it will be transformed into slaves of some aliens and other strange humans wearing wacky colorful tight suits. Scene where Batman was found by Superman's Fanboys/Replica troopers in his hideout in Iraqi deserts Second model of Replica troopers were made with wings for fast clearing operations in remote places, this action scene is happening in early part of the movie Superman attacks last position of joint human forces in Northen America. Too much CGI with quick-cut editing makes this scene hard to follow After defeated humans in America obey to their new oppressors, other parts of world became aware of a superheroes plague that will overrun the whole world with their laser-firing eyes, tight suits and stupid actions scenes, living no place for real humans to live and breathe. Supervillians started to get into Europe and Africa, and this is where we meet our "hero" (actually a main antagonist) - Wonder woman, who lead supervillians attack on Euroasian continent. Gal Gadot as Wonder woman, scene takes places in ruins somewhere in France. A scene where Wonder Woman blows up some humans, to show that she is now a villian Authors of scenario of this movie have more interesting twists - according to flashbacks of one of characters in the movie, Russian president, Soviet communists are still alive and working hard on creating means of establishing communism somewhere in deep Siberian undeground bunkers. They are creating a robot workforce that will make communist paradise a reality. Russian president contacts them via special bot in Kremlin's undeground facilities to coordinate their actions to clear the Earth from Superheroes plague. "Contactbot" that helps to speak with Siberian communists Red Square as portrayed in Wonder Woman. Robot guarding one of FSB building in Moscow Communists proposal of using mass-producable drones to fight with Superman's Replicas and special robots to defeat each supervillian is supported by all sides and all military factories switch to production of combat robots. Commie Battle droids march on Red Square before being sended to Eastern Europe to fight Replicas and superheroes that invaded European country In few short scenes movie shows us how Replica forces were defeated by commie robots, and now wonder woman is hiding from steel machines that want nothing but her being dead. Communist robots hunting down main tight suit wearing super villian, defended by group of Replicas In last scene of the movie Siberian robots managed to cut wonderwoman from her escape and now they are assaulting building, where she tried to hide. Wonder woman was quickly killed upon her being spotted by robots, as no amount of armored bikinies can stop bullets. Movie ends with a Commie robot shown fighting in US, hinting future movie about death of Superman. It is like those movie makers wanted to say that only Commies can clean America from superheroes invasion!

  3. It's worth noting that early models of the Pz III (Ausf B,C and D) used eight roadwheels and leaf springs. Unlike the leafspring suspension of the Pz IV, Daimler never got their leaf spring system to work well. While the leaf spring system of the Pz IV was nothing revolutionary, it was relatively simple and it worked. Much like the US HVSS suspension, it had the advantage of being completely outside the hull. The torsion bar suspension of the Pz III was a somewhat more complicated affair to repair, and it relied on shock absorbers on the #1 and #6 road wheel which were known for failing in harsh cold weather conditions. The hull of the Panzer IV was of a simpler design than the Panzer III and required less welding, making it quicker to produce. Also, the Pz IV had overhead hatches for the driver and hull machine gunner, the Pz III did not. Both vehicles used the same engine, transmission and tracks, so mobility was fairly similar. Armor protection was fairly similar as well, although comparisons are tricky as both vehicles were up-armored throughout their production run. The biggest issue though is firepower. The Pz IV could mount the high velocity 75mm KwK 40 while the Pz III could not. Even the short barreled 75mm KwK 37 was more useful than the 37mm and short barreled 50mm guns of the Pz III. The Pz III and Pz IV were designed at the same time and were contemporary to each other. Therefore, we can't give the PzIII a "handicap" for being the earlier design.

  4. I love my job E, now that I'm at a keyboard: One of our local traffic was taking off around the time the Apache was engaging rotors and requested not to be shot down on takeoff. Apache pilot radioed the unicom after leaving the pattern, said something like 'strongly recommend military traffic fuel here', and went on for like 30 seconds about how great our airport was. Basically everyone being super professional on the comms

  6. I have very strong feelings on Oklahoma, and I'm glad fuckin Timmy and Terry both got it in the neck regardless of those feelings! I'm just wishing for equal spanks for equal levels of depraved fuckwittery! Which, you can't even TRY to argue has been the case so far if you have a conscience! I'm old enough to have a really good memory of the militia movement, AND the way everyone sane in the firearms community mercilessly mocked those fat faggots and put them in fuckin prison where they belonged! The ATF and FBI like to take credit for breaking the militias, but the truth is the rest of the community did what it took to cash those fools out and flush them... We do not see the left self policing in any way through the same time period, quite the opposite really, however if this incident changes that trend... It'll almost be worth it in my eyes! Please don't mistake me for one of the idiots who wants violence, I've experienced enough violence in my life to be thoroughly disabused of the romanticism some people hold for it.

Fulfilling yet another campaign promise, Trump is putting restrictions back on Cuba, overturning yet another Obama Administration EO. http://fortune.com/2017/06/16/donald-trump-cuba-policy-speech/ The new policy bans most U.S. business transactions with the Armed Forces Business Enterprises Group, a Cuba n conglomerate involved in all sectors of the economy, but makes some exceptions, including for air and sea travel, according to U.S. officials. This will essentially shield U.S. airlines and cruise lines serving the island. However, Trump will stop short of breaking diplomatic relations restored in 2015 after more than five decades of hostilities. He will not cut off recently resumed direct U.S.- Cuba commercial flights or cruise-ship travel, though his more restrictive policy seems certain to dampen new economic ties overall. Nor does Trump plan to reinstate limits that Obama lifted on the amount of the island’s coveted rum and cigars that Americans can bring home for personal use. While the changes are far-reaching, they appear to be less sweeping than many U.S. pro-engagement advocates had feared.

  16. I'm radically left for this board. I haven't seen anything but condemnation from my friends list about these attacks. Even people who are pretty far left of me have at worst said "I understand their anger, but not the right method to deal with it. If you ID them, toss them in jail." I have seen a bit of "I told you so." from the radical anti-gun people I know. On weapons, from what I've seen from actual friends? Actually a bit more tolerance/willingness to explore, and a few exploratory requests for information from the folks I know. (Nate has been very helpful a couple of times at random moments, so he's a great firearms ambassador to the left... even if he doesn't know it.) , but also a bit of "They are armed, so we should be as well.", which honestly people try to shout down, but there is that undercurrent of somewhat sane people actually speaking up. I'll add that this particular line of commentary is based on friends in the US. Canada has a whole different deal going on.

McCain is old and senile. He still thinks the Cold War is going on, and we have to arm the fascists to fight the commies. One of the big reasons the US government can't cooperate with the Russian government, many of the people in power cannot move past the Cold War.

That's also an historic name for a French tank: After convincing Estienne of the necessity of leading his groupement from the front, Chef d'Escadron Louis Bossut rode into battle in a Schneider CA with the same name on 16 April 1917 in an attack on Berry-au-Bac during the Nivelle Offensive. During the fight, his tank was hit by a shell and caught fire. Bossut and his mechanic were the only ones who managed to exit the vehicle, but both shortly succumbed to the flames.

  28. Every day that goes by has me incrementally more convinced that Trump is the Grand Master Persuader that Dilbertman believes he is. I am watching him throw meat to the sharks, and get everything he wants while they are distracted. In a few months, his opponents will wake up to a bright, sunny day where the birds are singing, grab their phones to start the days reading of tweets, and find that Trump has quietly delivered on every. single. one. of his campaign promises. The wall will be built, tax reform passed, healthcare reworked, the VA restructured, etc. Trump will declare victory, and for many folks the illusion of a chaotic, out-of-control manchild will be broken. They'll have been roundly defeated, because they were too worried what "covfefe" meant to notice that he was getting shit done. Whether any of this will be good for America, I have no idea. But the opposition is currently demonstrating the political acumen of a pack of alligators. Trump is a cajun with some chicken fillets he bought at a gas station and a 20 gauge shotgun. They don't stand a chance.

  29. This is a HuffPo writer, and yes, it is in response to the attack: Trump is a merciless python. He will point to this sort of rhetoric and scream that the fake news media has blood on their hands. He will squeeze, and they will either have to relent, and reduce their winking support for political violence, or they will have to double down and look like buffoons and thugs. Every time something happens, Trump ratchets a bit and his opponents lose room to maneuver. And you know what? Fuck 'em all to death. "Opposition" to Trump is clearly a theatrical exercise. There will be no impeachment, there will only be obnoxious, pointless obstructionism. The Democrats need people who are willing to negotiate with Trump on some things, stand firm on some others, and tell the radicalized portion of their base to get a real job and STFU. Trump is the embodiment of too many strands of long-standing resent to be defeated head-on. Meanwhile, Trump is making some noise about the latest attempt to clean out the VA: This bill passed with broad, bipartisan support. It is intended to make it easier to fire or demote underperforming VA employees, and includes some protection for whistleblowers. It's a crying shame that @Hognose can't tell us whether the bill has any substance to it. Improving the mess that is the VA will not be easy.

  31. I know I was very surprised at just how little starch it took out of my assailants when I realized I had actually planted rounds into at least one of their torso's... I remember thinking as I locked back empty off the magazine originally in the pistol that it was like those bad dreams where you hit the other guy and it just has no effect at all. I had 15 +1 in the chamber and two spare loaded 15 round magazines at the start of the fight and I pumped every single round I had Into them and their car. I expended every single round I had, and it was just barely enough! The way it all went down heavily reinforced my belief in carrying a gun and ammunition combination that allows for a high total round count even at the expense of individual round effectiveness. I believe this is justified though since pistol rounds just are not effective at stopping a situation on a one for one basis, and you're pretty much guaranteed to need to shoot someone several times before they will stop being a threat. Your mileage may vary in all of this, it's just what I believe based on my singular experience with gun fights.

  32. The internet also reliably tells me that I'm a horrible person and going to be killed if I ever have to use my gun defensively because I sometimes load carry guns with 115 grain fmj... Funny though because I have had a defensive shooting incident and choosing to carry fmj loaded mags is likely why I'm the sole person who walked away that night because the PEOPLE who chose to go OK fuckin corral on me also chose not to leave the safety of their vehicle before doing so! Luckily for me, I was too broke to buy good defensive ammunition at the time... For that matter, my gun was also not anyone's first choice combat pistol that night either since it was a $189 surplus Astra A100 from who knows where! I actually credit my survival to good situational awareness, since it's the only thing I did "right" in the entire situation. This awareness made me realize that the car full of cholos was bird dogging me and set me immediately kicking gears on my street bike so I could at least pick a nice place to die... Banged blind around a corner in a part of town I didn't know, saw the nicely floodlit bank parking lot locked up my front and rear brakes so I could bomb over the curb and got myself nice and brightly lit from behind by the floods with the bike crosswise to where they were pulling into the parking lot and got my kickstand down slammed my helmet and backpack off and about the time I got my gun clear and almost up I was getting shot at. I lived They didn't Completely unashamed to say that I was bawling like a little girl when I called 911 as I was trying to stuff loose rounds from another box of fmj I had in the backpack into magazines screaming for them to send someone to come help me. That's what I get for working shifts overnight remodeling grocery stores through a temp service in a shitty part of the Phoenix metro area and riding a motorcycle home at 3 am... Either way though, basically the only stuff I did right was realizing that I had a problem early, reacting promptly to it, and having a gun with which I could defend myself with... Unfortunately, I'm pretty sure that my open carrying in a cheap surplus military style thigh holster is what marked me as a target worth hitting in the first place.

  34. This is the problem the Left has created for themselves: These rallies are full of everyone from disgruntled Bernie supporters to Young Republicans to trolls, and including a smattering of real wannabe Nazi scumbags. You should be isolate the scumbags by asking people "do you really want to be associated with these people?", but since the Left has attacked literally anyone with any sort of minor disagreement - including such noted extreme right wingers as Bill Maher - there's no incentive anymore. Sure, line up with the neo-Nazis; you'll get called one anyway and at least this way you get to bust some heads.
