Texas has an incredibly rich history, and they post some really cool pictures and articles. This was one here today, and I thought it was neat. June 1937. The child of a Texas migrant family who follow the cotton crop from Corpus Christi to the Panhandle. So it wouldn't be impossible that a Russian would see French kit. Edit: Also this could be on a multinational front like Salonika in Greece.
