I apparently missed that California is trying to enact it's own travel ban, but towards fellow states that they accuse of being discriminatory towards LGBT people.  To defeat the Hitler, you must become the Hitler.

I feel like this also probably violates the constitution (Article 4, section 2, clause 1 specifically), but it's California so I'm not quite surprised.  I've not bothered to look at the details, but it's funny regardless

implying liberal lawyers even read the constitution

  2. The Paris climate accord is like a car mechanic telling you there's something wrong with your car then telling you to give them $5000 which may or may not solve the problem.

Good thing that Trump is signing out of the deal which is essentially a great transfer from the American middle class to the upper class in third world countries just like how big of a failure foreign aid to developing countries is.

You know, I find it odd that these people attacked an Ariana grande concert. That music is aimed towards 14 year old girls.

You would think Muhammad would have an issue with his followers blowing up his potential wives.

they have to go to heaven to meet muhammed first

I keep a rabidly leftist girl as a friend on facebook just to get her opinion on issues, and it is grand.

The first I heard of the repeal was from her own mouth.

Pretty sure cancer was a preexisting condition, no matter what health care plan you have.

I wonder how she affords her monthly health care costs, when she spends so much in hair dye and old cameras...

Buying insurance with a pre-existing condition isn't buying insurance but buying benefits.

You can't buy life insurance for your wife after they died or buy house insurance after your house burn down.

Besides I thought trumpcare still covers pre-existing conditions but insurance companies have a higher price cap when covering them.

Getting back from the theoretical and more towards the practical, much of the driving factor for this "March for Science" is the fact that the current Administration is "Draining the Swamp" and a lot bureaucrats in DC and elsewhere are finding themselves out of a job or part of a hiring freeze. And so because the Federal government needs to become slimmer and more efficient, a sentiment shared by the voters who have elected politicians to do this, we have a "March for Science" all because some mid-level pencil pushers and political appointees with the EPA and other agencies aren't able to feed at the public trough to the tune of six-figures a year plus retirement and benefits.

There's a LOT of money to be made "saving" the environment. Which is why a career politician like Algore, who has never made more than $230,700 a year when he was Veep, is now worth close to $200 million.

From what I understand, they still hire actual technical workers like engineers and actual scientists but trimming away the bureaucrats through funding cuts.
