  1. When you try to prove it's society's fault that she lost but it turns out that it was her fault she lost
  2. politicians and diplomats have connections to the Russian ambassador businessmen have business connections with Russian businesses fucking wow
  3. The Iran-Iraq was like the 30 Years' War in the Middle East. Nearly everyone else benefited from the war.
  4. Official administrative business I would assume. Political business usually refers to trying to pass bills which involves contacting other politicians, different governmental and non-governmental organizations, lobbyists, etc.
  5. Can't wait until more fake news networks lose their press passes. In America, you fight them with the dollar.
  6. Only when the upper house (regional representation) is as powerful as the lower house (proportional representation) to protect regional interests. The lower house almost always tries curbs the power of the upper house.
  7. Because their policies would have to align with more swing states; all of which have radically different population compositions. Otherwise, you only campaign in cities and alienate a lot of the states which do not get much of a voice due to low population. In Canada, Western Canada has been traditionally alienated because they have quite a few less people than Ontario/Quebec, meaning that policies made are usually not benefitting Western Canada and sometimes detrimental like the National Energy Program which almost turned Calgary into modern day Detroit in the 80s by redistributing Albertan oil wealth eastward. Something like the EC is good because it almost always ensures that a candidate must tailor their policy and campaign to a broad range of states rather than the few states that have a lot of people. Direct democracy usually leads to alienation and secession movements.
  8. Yes, according to LexiComp, the main drug database in the US, there is an interaction between the two drugs so that one is substituted or Abilify would have its dosage cut. You should definitely call your pharmacist first to confirm and get a substitute for one of those drugs if you can because having both would increase the adverse effects of Abilify.
  9. According to LexiComp, Abilify and Zoloft have a drug interaction which worsens the side effects of Abilify by increasing the serum concentration. Honestly surprised your pharmacist didn't catch it.
  10. Are you given anti-depressants? They don't start working until your body adapts to them, which usually takes 2-3 weeks. Usually, you would be given benzodiazepenes along with them as a stopgap. In your case, you should have gotten zopiclone for your sleep which should start working right away.
  11. The irony when they are projecting onto Trump what Hillary would have likely done
  12. Going on strike when people can't find jobs due to the labour supply being much greater than the labour demand is useless as someone else will be happy to take your job. The greater irony is that those same illegal immigrants are causing the greater labour supply, making strikes nearly impossible to successfully pull off.
  13. That entire article about gases being trapped in those molecules trigger me.
  14. That article reminds me of why I hate environmentalists; these are the same people who talk about privilege without knowing how privileged they are to not have to worry about being in poverty. They would rather sentence the locals to poverty rather than development (which has strict environmental regulations today for nearly everywhere) which would provide the locals with a lot of wealth, some of which can be used to maintain and possibly improve the environment. The wealth can be also used to diversify its economy and make the locals less affected by the same climate change they're so worried about.
  15. The full thing with the hair salon lady is even dumber. Bernie Sanders says he hates the big corporations but dumb regulations like that hurt the small businesses, driving them out of business while the large corporations that can absorb the additional costs would have a major competitive advantage. You see the same things in Canada with mobile carriers. Smaller companies can't compete due to the extreme regulations, leaving a cartel of mobile carriers that fix the price together. With what he has done, I think that Bernie is actually working for the large corporations against the smaller corporations by making the smaller ones impossible to compete; especially with all the houses he got from (((donations)))
  16. How the fuck would he beat Trump when fucking Cruz is slaughtering him a debate?
  17. Watching the Cruz vs Sanders debate. Salon owner: I would really like to expand my business and hire more people but I can't because I can't afford healthcare for my workers and I. Bernie: You should provide insurance for you and your workers Salon owner: With the rising costs of Obamacare, I can't afford it Bernie: You should provide insurance for your workers. Salon owner: How do I do that with an already thin profit margin? Bernie: BUY INSURANCE FOR YOUR WORKERS Fucking Bernie does he even fucking think before he speaks?
  18. Good luck getting 2/3 of senate votes in a Republican controlled senate, especially with mostly Democrat states up for grabs next midterm lmao
  19. That CNN guy clearly hasn't. These guys are thinking that a man who has been doing stunts with the media all his life is hopelessly incompetent against the media. That Dunning-Kruger effect though.
  20. When you become fascists to fight fascism.
