Because it’s optimistic to write : « However, vehicles like Leopard 2 and M1 (to a lesser degree) would have no issues firing on the move and were not limited compared to vehicles from the 90s. » 80’s tank (Leopard 2, M1, Challenger...) are limited to strictly fire on the frontal arc at low speed. The only one able to really fire on the move on moving targets was the Leclerc MBT.
