This is the problem with the Swedish test.
What is you mean? False information or test specifics?

Plan 2,000 litres every 8 hours, per tank.
Thanks. That is, was planned he consumed a full tank of fuel every 8 hours.

Does anyone have more or less reliable information on the cruising range of the M1A2 tanks?
This became interesting against the background of unverified information that in Iraq they were refueled every 150km. -

As far as I know, no. I seem to remember this was used as part of the marketing campaign for Blazer ERA, relativity primitive as it was.
thank you

Because they got the tank/tanks from Hungary I presume.
As far as I know, Hungary has a T-72A, but this is a T-72M. May be they got this T-72 from Poland with Hungary transit. idk.

maybe somebody have more info on T-72 trials in Austria ? or more photos?
why does the text talk about Hungary? Hungary did not produce them. And the tank at the photo is Polish, apparently

It is T-84AB1
By the way, is there a difference between M-84AB1 and AS? or the difference is only in the name?
I remember that the "AS" has a panoramic sight over the main sight. But "AB1" - not. -

T-90 A
No, that's right, this is a deep modernization of the Yugoslav M-84 in Serbia with the assistance of Russia.
It is easy to distinguish it from the T-90A in the lower glacis part
The 90A have lgp like this:
On the T-90A there are mounts for engineering mechanisms, but on the M-84 they are not. -

There is no reason to believe ARAT 2 has ceramics, it's a single curved ERA tile.
To clarify, M32 is the ARAT 2 reactive tile.
Sorry for misleading.
Yes you are right. Maybe these plates have ceramics in their composition, as i heard, but they are definitely ERA. -

tank with anti RPG mesh have full set

That's ARAT 2, which is also ERA.
ARAT II this is ARAT ERA with cover of ceramic plates.
But the turret's sides have no ERA elements. Because you may be right:10 hours ago, N-L-M said:Covers the hull ARAT 1 and the bare turret side, thus again suggesting that the turret side is equivalent to the ARAT 1 skirts.
But the turret side cant protect against tandem missiles, i think, and for this they just use plates only.

Who is using PSO kit? Are there any ARAT-2 equipped Abramses anywhere outside Iraq? Never saw any in photos from Europe but I may have missed them.
In Afghanistan, Danish and Canadian tanks were equipped with full side armor modules. This is not PSO, but smth like it.
The fact is that the United States and Europe have the opportunity to equip their tanks and IFV with modular side protection. -

So, ARAT -1 only covers the hull sides, which suggests that whatever those skirts are rated for, the turret side can already stop.
Not only. But, as i know, turret sides have no ERA, ceramic plates only

It's still 100% more ERA covered than Abrams M1A2 or Leopard 2A7. Isn't it?
This problem is completely solved by the use of TUSK II and PSO kits.

if the blocks can flip down there is a lagre gap, if not, whole unprotected area is even bigger(like on green 90M in factory)
maybe they have not yet been installed?

After all, how to distinguish them? Maybe you have some photos?
