Considering the odd guidance system to allow it to target both air and ground and the fact It's claimed to be effective against light armored vehicles (with such a small caliber) and fortifications/structures, it could also be an HEDP warhead, though that would make it rather odd for AA use.

Allakhakbars are bad at tank ID. That is T-72 obr 1989. And there is no such tank in SAA as "T90".
