Not sure why they are putting the Hellfires on. I would have thought a pure AIM-9X loadout would have been perfectly reasonable, with the laser for anything that isn't worth a missile.

This is purely anecdotal, but I once read a claim by a Reaper pilot who said he got a simulated air to air kill with a Hellfire during an exercise. Whether you could do that for real is another question.

From Wiki: "The only known operational air-to-air kill with a Hellfire took place on 24 May 2001. A civilian Cessna 152 aircraft entered Israeli airspace from Lebanon, with unknown intentions and refusing to answer or comply with ATC repeated warnings to turn back. An Israeli Air Force AH-64A helicopter fired upon the Cessna, resulting in its complete disintegration."

Mach 1.3 SALH or radar guided missile (For the AGM-114L.) I don't see why not.  I think that it's been mentioned that it's supposedly the longbow version that was tested for this system. I could be wrong tho.

AFAIK Pantsir will get additional small-caliber missiles for smaller targets, here is a container-launching mount for 4 such missiles.

Some of targets, destroyed by Pantsirs in Syria in 2017

Gas ballons (were used as mortar rounds), rockets, Heron UAVs, RQ-21A UAV, air baloons/aerostat of some sorts. Numbers on the far right - amount of missiles used to shot down target.

...OES OP optic-electronic system of detection and aiming, was created by the specialists of Minsk OJSC "Peleng". It allows to carry out panoramic observation of the terrain by 360 degrees, as well as to conduct a sectoral survey.

For example, the range of detection through a television channel of an unmanned aerial vehicle of the Bird-Ai-400 type in the survey mode is 700 m, in the narrow field of view - 4900 m. The A-10 attack aircraft will be visible in the first mode already at a range of 6400 m , And in the second - in 12 300 m.

The thermal imaging channel allows you to detect targets with a size of 2.3 x 2.3 m with a probability of 80% at a range of 10 000 m and identify them at a distance of 4 000 m.
