T-15 suspension is little different from T-14's. 4 rotary shock absorbers/control units per side instead of 3. And semi-V-shaped bottom of the hull is suggested by sloped lower side armor plates.

T-14 for comparison:

Do i see here sloped side armor, too?

T-15 TBMP

Per one certain comrade words, engine is located lower than exhaust and air intake, exhaust gases are pretty clean because of new and better engine and engine/transmission combination, gases from eshaust are mixed with outisde air trough sponson and special armor module, that covers them.

With armor modules mounted on exhaust and airintake. I think this layout is better in terms of protection, compared to Merkava 4 design. Although amount of dust that it create...

Sounds a lot like the infra-red suppression on AH-64.

And already leaking oil :D Have you seen any photos of the back of a T-15?

Thats is what i am talking about

Surprisingly, no, i haven't.

Yesterday (22 and 23 April to be specific) was journalist days in Alabino, that's why so many photos appeared. I don't expect much more information before Victory Day.

Kurganets IFV rear.

img_9998.jpg?w=1000&h=&crop=1

Interesting - this IFV have front engine and rear exhaust (? some rumors say that exhaust is located in turret, per one found document and patent), if i see it right. They have protected tube, placed from engine compartemnt and going to rear part of vehicle. It also have rear door, which is build-in into ramp (same with Boomerang), rear-looking camera, 2 water jets and a firing port (?).

Yesterday vehicles were moved to Moscow from Alabino. This is T-15 with hinged exhaust-protecting screens open.
