Sturgeon
In the future, infantry combat will occur primarily in huge megacities, which is why we need a 1,200m sharpshooter infantry rifle of course.

LoooSeR
Iranians love to name weapons "Heidar". Heidar-5 is BTR-60-based minelayering vehicle, Heidar-6 is BTR-60 with BMP-1 turret and this is 12.7 Heidar anti-material rifle. Sturgeon
Pete wrote a great article on the history of Allen Engineering and Ops, Inc: http://www.thefirearmblog.com/blog/2016/07/11/allen-engineering/ AE website: http://aesuppressors.com/ Ops, Inc website (now defunct): http://www.opsinc.us/index.html If the military goes full suppressor, I'm thinking reflex designs will make a comeback. These days the AE/OI suppressors are considered dated (though I can't really think why, besides the AE/OI suppressors being fairly heavy), but if you can get a compact suppressor with good sound reduction, that sounds like a win to me. roguetechie
Sturgeon
While I'm on a suppressor kick and before I pass out, you also have these awesome things: http://www.thefirearmblog.com/blog/2017/01/11/delta-p-design-brevis/ roguetechie
roguetechie
I tend to shill for Delta P design's Brevis suppressors and reflex suppressors in general whenever the topic of a pure fleet suppressor effort comes up. Really, either of the two approaches (or a hybrid approach that involves printing a reflex suppressor version of the brevis design right onto the damn barrel if it comes down to it!) would work phenomenally decently! Sturgeon
"Here at Springflied Aromry Ink, our market research has shown that our customers are willing to pay six bills or more for whatever cheap, poorly conceived pieces of Croatian shit we can get HS Produkt to spit out for us. So, here's a crappier Glock 43 with twice the bore axis and an order of magnitude more complex manual of arms!"
Oedipus Wreckx-n-Effect
No lie, the xds is the worst pistol I've ever shot. It shoots and feels horrid. Oedipus Wreckx-n-Effect
With the arm brace thing kosher now, it makes me want a 7.62x39 AR pistol. Which completely destroys whatever argument some people have for the .300 blackout, but whatever.
