What are people's feelings on voting rights restrictions?

Because you can make a good argument for something like an over/under wealth cutoff as a way to encourage the middle class growth we all believe is a good thing. You can also make an argument for over/under age restrictions to promote responsible voting.

Speaking of Lil' Marco Rubio...

Rubio is asked to leave Tampa office over disruption from weekly protests

Vocal crowds of demonstrators making weekly visits to the Tampa office of U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio have gotten the Miami Republican booted from the building.

If the poor were disenfranchised, you would have the advantage that only people representative of national economic interests would vote.

I can see this breaking in two obvious ways.  The first is that there would always be some party that would attempt to reform the system by enfranchising the poor, and thereby using them as a vote bank to ensure their corrupt hegemony into the future.  In the United States, this is called "The Democratic Party."

The other way this could break is that everyone who wasn't poor would oppress and abuse the poor, and they could expect no repercussions for their actions.  A permanent labor underclass would form, and the economy would stagnate, as the artificial prominence of cheap manual labor would distort prices and disincentive efficiency.  This was also tried, it was called "The Confederate States of America."

It is an interesting chess match.

Donald Trump makes a speech before Congress that is widely acclaimed to be his best ever.

The next day, there's this bullshit leaked about Sessions speaking with a Russian diplomat which knocks it out of the news cycle.

It is almost too choreographed.

Can't wait until more fake news networks lose their press passes. In America, you fight them with the dollar.

They're desperate because they are dying. Television is dying and they are losing their stranglehold. When a humble water filter merchant in an armed compound in Texas can rival your Multi-Billion dollar advertisement platform's media reach you're done. Finished. Dead. Their nightmare has come true.

Leftists: "Mega corporations are the enemy of the people"

*Trump calls the mainstream media which is largely made up of mega corporations enemies of the people*

Leftists: "wtf i love mega corporations now"

He wasn't even that harsh. He said people who make up news stories are enemies of the people. He didn't even specify anyone, it could have very well have come out of Donna Brazile's mouth word for word and MSNBC would have been running it like it was a grand statement of resistance against Trump.

This kind of two faced moral standard is just going to help Trump in the long run.

Mustard is the king of condiments.  Also, I will put steak sauce on anything even remotely resembling meat.  BBQ sauce is good with most things.  Worcestershire sauce is at least fun to say.

Ketchup is so fucked up, no one can even decide how to spell it.

The one true ketchup.
