Algeria bought UAE Yabhon UAV.

UAE actually made a thing.....Really?  Are you sure?  :o

Surely just using a 120mm mortar would be a more practical method of delivering these?

Definitely more accurate & reliable if this thing really was made by the UAE.  :D

The total weight is <33g, so maybe a small firecracker? Small-ish suicide UAVs have been done before, of course

I was thinking a tiny EFP (maybe 20cm diameter). Just enough to kill someone or break a sensitive piece of equipment.

Barring that - a single-use carbon fibre barrel running the length of the fuselage, with a pistol cartridge at the breech end.

What about gas or even a poison needle?

I could see a swarm of such things being incredibly effective in hostage scenarios, delivering incapacitating agents directly to the bad guys.

Iranian UAVs

This is a shock UAV Saegheh (also known as Shahed-191, but need clarification), the one that was tested in the fall in Syria against ISIS. There, in fact, the Iranians actually made three different versions of UAVs based on the captured American RQ-170. This is one of the smaller options and with a small jet engine. It can carry two guided Sadid bombs in the internal compartment.

IRGC managed to intercept videofeed from US UAV. From around 1 minue mark you can see that something wrong is with UAV and you see how the American Riper makes a hard landing. Around 2 minute mark that UAV is destroyed.
