According to the information of the publication menadefense.net, the assembly of T-90S/SK tanks in Egypt will begin in 2019.
The production will begin after receiving kits from Uralvagonzavod in the last quarter of 2019.

A total of 400 sets will be supplied to Egypt, half to SKD (simple assembly), and the second half to CKD (assembly and welding of some elements). Although there will be no local integration, the installation of the line optimizes the maintenance of the T-90S tank fleet. It is reported that Egypt received a license to assemble tanks in its territory in the amount of 50 pieces per year from 2019 to 2026.

MOSCOW, March 17 (Itar-Tass) - RIA Novosti. The first Soviet infantry combat vehicles BMP-1, still in service with the Russian army and Rosgvardia, will be equipped with a 30-millimeter cannon from an armored personnel carrier BTR-82, so they will be able to shoot down aerial targets, including drones, RIA Novosti reported several sources in the Russian military-industrial complex.

Army plans to modernize BMP-1s by mouting turret from BTR-82s

No more ATGM, or are they just not installed?

Looks strange without them, but yes, those vehicles were just made and not completely equipped currently. Launchers will be mounted later.

I'd say not installed.  It looks like the mounting points are there.

I wonder if direct-fire rockets (RPO?) were ever considered in place here like the Obj. 787.

IDK, but BMPT prototype (with 1 30 mm autocannon) still had only ATGMs.
