A good study of the RAF phantom with a zillion missiles and bombs:




A close comparison with a USAF or USN phantom will show differences in the shape of the engine and the engine installation.  This is because US phantoms were powered by the J79 turbojet, while some Brit phantoms had the Rolls Royce Spey turbofan.  The Spey was a more powerful, more efficient engine, but in the phantom the changes that had to be made to make the larger engine fit increased drag, which more or less exactly cancelled out the increase in thrust, leaving Brit phantoms with almost exactly the same top speed as their American counterparts.
