US changed it's mind about Syrian future like 7 or 8 times in last year alone. I will start to think that it might be true if US will remove all bases from Syria, stop SDF support, pressure Israel to stop it's airstrikes against SAA and support of ex-nusra/FSA scum in southern Syria.

The US maybe, but France has been saying more and more about how Assad can stay in the past few weeks.

Interesting.  Looks like a lanner falcon, but I'll have to throw it to friends to be sure.  Alawites typically fly sparrowhawks, AIUI.

 

A friend of mine has a picture of falconers flying big, crested eagle-hawks in Rhodesia during the war.  They have the birds on their fists and rifles slung on their backs.
