Our space exploration ended with Soviet Union, but i hope that it is not for long. So, next target is to build robor with a lot of water-analysing and ground digging/drilling equipment? Water on mars is a huge deal because water probably means life, which makes things complicated - if we send a robot to the damp patches then it'll be looking for life, which means we'll have to make it much cleaner than we make most martian robots. It'd really suck earth life that we accidentally brought to mars ended up outcompeting the martians, and any contamination would call into doubt any signs of life that the robot finds Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
