About that "infinitely", Jormungand is 24 episodes and covers the whole manga. I meant it more in the sense that Jormungand took the stuff that made me dislike Black Lagoon and ran with it to the end zone. Like, for instance, taking the fucked-up war orphan angle and making it a central part of the show rather than this hideous appendage crammed into the end of the season. Most of my time in Japan was spent drinking their very good beer, teaching bait to swim, and harassing the overworked JASDF people over the state of their T-33's.
