Actually no, I meant the Democrats. If that claim is true (and it wouldn’t surprise me if it was), I would personally find it humorous for its blatant hypocrisy.

And I did just read about the Warren, Indian thing on the “democracy dies” thread: lol that’s rich.

Elizabeth Warren confirmed the One Drop Rule when she still clings to her Native American heritage when she possibly had an ancestor 6-10 generations ago.

Meanwhile Nazi racial autism stopped at your grandparents; if you don't have a Jewish grandparent, you are considered German.

A federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit against President Trump by adult film actress Stormy Daniels, who claimed the president had defamed her earlier this year on Twitter.

The lawsuit was filed over a tweet Trump sent in April suggesting Daniels was lying about being threatened in 2011 not to go public with her story of an alleged sexual encounter with Trump.

"A sketch years later about a nonexistent man. A total con job, playing the Fake News Media for Fools (but they know it)!" the president tweeted.

Warrens DNA test shows maybe so south American in her so far back it doesn't matter, but she still claims she an Indian!

"A DNA test is useless to determine tribal citizenship. Current DNA tests do not even distinguish whether a person's ancestors were indigenous to North or South America. Sovereign tribal nations set their own legal requirements for citizenship, and while DNA tests can be used to determine lineage, such as paternity to an individual, it is not evidence for tribal affiliation. Using a DNA test to lay claim to any connection to the Cherokee Nation or any tribal nation, even vaguely, is inappropriate and wrong. It makes a mockery out of DNA tests and its legitimate uses while also dishonoring legitimate tribal governments and their citizens, whose ancestors are well documented and whose heritage is prove. Senator Warren is undermining tribal interests with her continued claims of tribal heritage."

My roomie is a political junkie. He couldn't sleep last night and read the entire agreement.

Bascially, it's the same damned agreement, with some technical updates, some caving in on some corporatist IP issues that most people won't give a shit about or everyone will be equally pissed off with, and Y'all get 3.59% of the dairy market, which will almost certainlly go to expensive cheeses.  We'll be able to get artisianal hispter US cheese here now.

Oh and they updated the amount that you can ship on an online order from the US from $50 to $150 before duty kicks in.

It seems part of the reason why Trump didn't push Justin too hard is because he achieved his bigger scheme of containing China.

It’s been painfully obvious that the President’s enemies have been aiming for a 25th Amendment solution ever since he took the Oath of Office. It’s another lame attempt to close their eyes and wish Trump away. And it just shows how divorced from reality the Left and the #NeverTrump RINOs are.

It also causes me to question whether they have actually ever even bothered to read the Constitution and its Amendments. Or if they have, they don’t actually care about its meaning and want to simply use it as cover for whatever they want it to mean at the moment.

    Here’s the text.

    https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Twenty-fifth_Amendment_to_the_United_States_Constitution

The key point is Section 4 of the Amendment where the Vice President AND the majority of the President’s principal Cabinet (or a group appointed by Congress) have to declare that the President can’t discharge his duties. Whereupon the Vice President becomes ACTING President.

    But wait!

If such an event did occur, the President can then write to Congress attesting he was now fit again to hold office.

At that point, the Vice President, the Cabinet, and Congress have to go through the process one more time to remove the President from office.

    ...

And all of that is a pipe dream since the point of the 25th Amendment is about a President being incapacitated like when Reagan was shot or to prevent a scenario like when Woodrow Wilson had a stroke.

The 25th Amendment was not meant to cover some disagreement over Trump’s position on NAFTA or that some mid-level staffer got triggered over a Tweet.

It's kind of ironic because it's actually harder to remove a sitting president by 25th Amendment than to impeach him since you need 2/3 of both houses rather than 1/2 of HoR and 2/3 of senate.

Ah yes, the good old dairy cartel.

A cartel that not only limits foreign imports but local production in Canada all to ensure that a few farmers in Quebec don't have to compete.

To give you an idea of how ridiculous the cartel is, there are licenses for milk producing cows in order to legally produce milk to sell to the market. And since new licenses aren't issued or very rarely issued, a milk production license for a single cow is hideously expensive and runs at a 6 figure sum.

While our consumers get ripped off by the dairy cartel, it doesn't do much good for the industry overall; as countries like Australia dismantled their systems, they began to export and develop the industry rather than stagnate due to being heavily protected and unable to expand.

If there is anything good about this trade war, it's that the dairy cartel in Canada is being brought to the front page and hopefully dismantled.
