North Korean armor: little Kim's less explosive tools

That helmet looks like a mock up of Isareli "Iron Vision" helmet- 33 replies

Two possiblities: Either Kimarta has an autoloader (which suggest a 125mm maingun) or one crewman stays in the tank.

To let the actual missile bypass BMD systems, because the decoy would be intercepted instead of the warhead. Decoys were commonly employed in ICBMs since the 70s.- 1,903 replies

Ukrainian Civil War Thread: All Quiet on the Sturgeon Front
TINDALOS replied to T___A's topic in Open Discussion
As we can see in the Ukrainian side of videos and photos, the registration of that first downed Su-34 is RF-95070. And from a simple search, I confirmed that RF-95070 is a Su-34 numbered "Red 06". HOWEVER, the paint job of that registration number seems wierd to me, in reality the registration number painted on tail never allianed with the "России" paint. Also Red 06's tail tip is grey, not white. For the second downed Su-34, no registration number were shown but from the patch we can confirm that it is a Su-34 from the 2nd Guards Bomber Aviation Regiment stationed in Chelyabinsk Oblast. The plane is numbered as "Red 24" (the only aircraft in this regiment that has a patch painted on side while having green+light blue camoflage I think). HOWEVER, if we look closer we will find out that the camo pattern does not match with existing photo evidences. The patch should be on the border of two different colors of the camoflage but in the wreck footage it is not. And that patch also seems too small to me... The In conclusion both "downed" Russian Su-34s might be Ukrainian propaganda. -

Then I suggest this author to review NATO's air operation in Kosovo... This whole article is based on the assumption that Ukraine has a "weak" air defence network while in fact it might be the best in Europe (exclude Russia). Seven to eight regiments of S-300PS, aound 70+ BUK-M1, 150+ Strella-10M, 100+ OSA-AKM, and about a thousand MANPADS are no joke. Its armed force is much more better equipped than Iraq and Serbia, plus it might be recieving NATO intel collected from NATO's AWACS assets loitering in Poland every single day. -

TINDALOS replied to T___A's topic in Open Discussion
I think the reason might be that they are trying to dodge BUK-M1 and S-300's engagement envelop. In 1999 NATO forces launched nearly 400 HARMs against Serbian KUBs and only got to destroy three out of twenty two batteries. And we know that the survivalbility of BUKs are much higher than KUBs... -

The Soviet Tank Thread: Transversely Mounted 1000hp Engines
TINDALOS replied to T___A's topic in Mechanized Warfare
I also suspect the missing turret era and side fuel tank fire were from different attack attempts by RPG-7 or Konkurs ATGM. Can we identify wether this T-72 is B3 variant or simply 1989 variant? Another 1989 variant I saw today was not as lucky as this one.- 5,188 replies

I think these cages are actually useful against NLAWs due to NLAWs fly pattern (look closer you will find out those turret top ERAs didn't suffer much of a damage, I could be wrong), but maybe kind of useless against Javleins? Besides, I didn't see a single Javelin launch video or UKR troop carrying Javelins over the internet yet... I wonder did they ever managed to use those?- 5,188 replies

Tell me? why would this "old mad man" want to bring back communism? In order to hang all the oligarchs including himself in a new october revolution? As far as I concern, you know absolutely nothing about what you are talking about. -

very communist indeed, I wonder why Putin did not stand on top of Lenin's Mausoleum to watch the parade like what a Soviet leader would do but cover it up with canvas instead? -

If you are so well knowledged on "Russian Propaganda", you should definitely know that Putin only brings out USSR's historical legacy when it fits in his narrative (such as bring the nationalism aspect of great patriotic war up while supress the anti-fascist and communist ideological aspect), other times he bash USSR HARD. Even Viktor Orban gave out a couple good words to communist (not really) Hungary by saying communist Hungary is a welfare state, did this make he a communist too? -

Lmao, that did not stop Putin trash talk about Lenin and accuse Lenin for the creation of a Ukraine nation in his speech a couple days ago, also it did not stop Putin's long history of parising white guards while condemn communism as "evil abd degenerate". You really think a couple of red cloth with hammer and sickle on it mean THAT much? -

Since no one is getting hurt in the "civilized world" besides mental trauma, If the general public find peace through these reports than I would respect their choice. As for the blood shed thousand kilometers away from them, who cares lol? Everthing will be forgotten after one or two months when life is back into track (or it never leaves the track?), especially for those who does not even know where Ukraine is on the world map. As for those who actively "support" the Ukraine war effort through patreon or merchandise (like that Warthunder youtuber freak), they earn big bucks even if Ukraine military got completely smashed by Russians. So I guess it is truly a win win situation -

I hope you does not believe in there are any thing very liberal about the world economic order established post Yalta. You can't support some thing that never existed right? It's all about profit and gains at the end of the day.... And that's the exact reason why a SBCT or a NATO rapid response task force is not battaling with Russians on the outskirt of Kiev after three days of Russian warmachine steam rolling Ukraine's pathetic military. -

Sorry, empire got what they want. This unfortunately applies to all major powers on Earth. France got what it want in Africa, US got what it want in middle east, China got what it want in Southeast Asia and Africa, Russia got what it want in Ukraine. Oh, and if think deliever weapons can actually help you are absolutely wrong. I wonder when will thoes weapon show up in the Central Armed Force museum? Gotta plan another trip to Russland next year -

dEFeNSiVe pAcT Does not matter, since after the collapse of soviet block they were already within the strong sphere of influence of NATO for 30 years or so. A nice parable would be: cover your head with a hood does not change your skin color.
