Pz 68 M0911 also known as Pz 68ET is a upgraded Pz 68, it got up armored and also recieved a 120mm gun though it never got accepted into service.
It was produced in 1984 and had a combat weight of 42.000 kg, it also apparently could carry 56 120mm rounds (44 in the hull and 12 on turret floor) and 5200 rounds for its 7,5mm Panzer Maschinengewehr 1951/71. 
It retained the MTU MB 837 Ba-500 of the Pz 68 which delivered 660hp and its APU.

I suffer with insomnia. Fortunately I have hit upon ways of keeping it in check.
When I was single, I'd be able to listen to late night talk radio like Art Bell's Coast to Coast and that would put me to sleep since it would distract me from my racing mind since I get too excited with thoughts to go to sleep. Always have.
Or I could do the trick where I'd open a window and get it frigid. Going from cold air to warm will put one to sleep.
Or just good old-fashioned work and physical exhaustion will work.
Now that I'm married, I can't rely on the first two anymore since Mrs. The Captain yelled at me when I tried leaving the radio on when we were together. Fortunately there are other ways a married man can get to sleep which has cures for my insomnia.
Although times when work or whatever keeps me away from the Mrs., I do resort to my insomnia after a good two or three days.

I don't know man. With that schedule, I'd say your best bet is to lay off the methamphetamine!

Although, with your sleep regime, you'd be a perfect deckhand for a Bering Sea crabbing boat.

Right now for a example, I mowed a little over a acre with a push-mower, ripped up some old carpet, tore apart a couch, lifted, and more and I am somewhat physically tired, yet I am still not going to sleep for a day at least, can still do just about anything, and am more or less fine. Even after a hard day of work.

Having said the above, let me preface my advice with the following: I am no expert and I might be full of shit. Don't unquestioningly take advice from strangers on the internet. And do be aware that the best advice is also often maddening mundane and requires long-term changes that are at once trivial and impossible. With that said:
 
Firstly, what you are going through sounds similar to stuff my wife deals with. Her solution has been to embrace order, organisation and exercise, but I think she would also be the first to tell you that this is a partial solution.
 
So if I extrapolate from my experience, I think part of issue is that what comforts you is a sense of control over events. I say 'issue' because while this is a good thing (seriously, being organised is a superpower in terms of achieving goals) the other side is that the more you embrace this the more you will tend to fall off the rails when plans go wrong.
 
So my second suggestion is that you need to also practice letting go. Meditation helps here, if you can manage it. Simply sit somewhere quiet, close your eyes, focus on an external stimulus (wind noise is convenient for me) and let your thoughts flow through your mind without grasping them. Do this for as long as you can manage.
 
I also like art, building things, pottery, making bows and so on but that shit is subjective in terms of stress reduction.
 
Combine these approaches (along with as much relaxed real-world social interaction as possible) and build your life with a view to the long term. I assume that you are still young - remember that habits formed now can last a lifetime. So plan out as much stress reduction, exercise etc as you can into your life now.

I'm going to make a huge assumption here: I assume that your doctors have ruled out things like hyperthyroidism, chronic pain, allergies, sleep apnea and the like. If so, then perhaps we need to look at non-phisiological causes:
Do you normally suffer from anxiety? Are your work, studies or whatever stressful? Do you end up thinking about them when you are trying to go to bed at night? Does your mind get stuck in 'loops' as you try to solve unsolvable problems in your head? Related; do you find things like lists and cleaning up/ordering your things relaxing? Do you suffer from recurring nightmares? Related; are your nightmares bad enough so that you can't go back to sleep afterwards? Do you have stress-reducing activities that you do every day: running, other exercise, meditation etc? Do you practice sleep hygiene?

Everyday!! If you saw what I looked like you'd see that I am pretty damn well built too. I have no idea why I am like this and literally everything done so far has done nothing and I've lived with it for a long time

Taking the Object 187's glacis as a basis for frontal hull layout, combined with the T-14s and from what we learned about composite armor, how well do you think this would work?

Black - RHA.
Grey - NERA plates.
Orange - High Hardness shatter plate (ex. DU).
Yellow - Lighter High hardness shatter plate (ex. ceramics).
Dark blue - Backing plate (ex. HHS, HH aluminum alloy.)
Light blue - Absorbing material (ex aluminum).
Green - Liquid cell.
 
Front layout is similar to the Leopard 2, with a thinner LFP, but not massively thinner like on a T-64. A sloped roof plate like on Object 187, with a closely grouped NERA plates and ceramics to shatter and take out LRP and stop top attack munition.  On the the flat part of the roof, the liquid cells are used instead to provide maximum protection against top attack CE.  The bottom of the crew capsule is covered with a absorbing layer against landmines and IEDs. 

WT is adequate for lower tier tank battles that I've played (think the highest thing I have is a T-70, haven't played in a while), but higher shit looks horrifying.
It's a shame WoWP was such a disaster, because I would like to have a planes game that isn't WT. Also, I would kill for a multiplayer flight sim thing set in about the 1945-1975 timeframe.

I just realized we had this thread. I would like to affirmably say, fuck War Thunder. Excuse my language but that game has just gotten so bad since I started playing it back in late 2013. The game is also boringly repetitive without premium. WoT is actually do-able without premium but War Thunder kills me to play without it. And also ATGM's kinda crapped on Sim battles.
