If they want a true lightweight mobile capability they should have gone for L/52 guns similar to the French version of the Caesar (not the heavier Danish version), and you get air-mobile guns that can fit in medium cargo planes in pairs (I think, at least).

No you can only fit one per plane.

Yes, this missile appears to be 9M666 Photoshop-M tactical ground-to-internet missile.
