If 2020 wasn't bad enough... another fight between Armenia and Azerbaijan broke out. Azeri side so far admitted at least 2 dead and 5 injured.

Since Turkey stands behind Azeris and Russia behind Armenia it may become another proxy front after Syria and Lybia...

Well, that "proxy-war" thing is already happened in 2016, so nothing new. In fact, this is a very old conflict, older than me, so nothing new at all, except of weapon systems used.

Sure, it's old but basically frozen aside of few skirmishes from time to time. What I meant is that it may become hotter at some point. With one skirmish per years as it is now it's hardly a front of a proxy war.

Allegedly 2750 tons of ammonium nitrate seized from a broken ship (of a bankrupted owner) six years ago and just left stored in an empty building the port. Now the place, though which most of Lebanese and Syrian foreign trade goes through, is destroyed and most of the Lebanese grain supplies are destroyed too. Likely hundreds are of dead and many thousands injured. Many ships destroyed too.

This photo seems to be legit based on the pre-explosion footage.

From isi an image of a capsized passenger ship Orient Queen (roughly 7500 tonns).

Our USAR team of 36 specialists and 5 dogs joined the rescued effort as well.

The 128th brigade of the Libyan National Army (LNA) has acquired a new transport for the top leadership - Toyota Tundra with a armor kit from the Emirati company MSPV.

When they start to get more serious toys so we can look how both sides lose them in stupid ways? Also, Yemeni, Libyan and Syrian conflict are slow recently, heh.

The convoy of the Libyan National Army (LNA) went from the Jufra airbase to the Brak airbase, and the soldiers of the Russian PMC were supposedly moving as part of the convoy. The pictures show the Pantsir-S1 air defense missile system, possibly the R-18 Terek radar, as well as the AT-802U light attack aircraft.

I've heard before of the threat prohibiting weapons in the region and assumed that 1: it's BS and 2: If it wasn't no one would give a crap because it's stupid... reality sure can be weird.

Yesterday a Boeing 747-200F of the Iranian airline Fars Air Qeshm flew from Iran to Venezuela with some kind of cargo. Maybe some new components for the repair of Venezuelan oil refineries, but some military cargo cannot be ruled out, especially since Fars Air Qeshm is known for its active participation in the transportation of military aid from Iran to Syria. Venezuela has also expressed an interest in stepping up military-technical cooperation with Iran after the restrictions on arms exports that were in effect before October 18 were lifted. Recently, President Maduro announced that Venezuela will activate the Council on Military Science and Technology with the support of Russia, China and Iran.

The Military Polytechnic Institute of the National Army of Indonesia presented promising combat ground-based robotic systems of domestic development. The attention of journalists was riveted to the unmanned combat system on the chassis of a walk-behind tractor.
