If Bannon did in fact sign a confidentiality and non-disparagement agreement then they have a pretty solid basis.

No, not really.

Anyway, do ya'll realize how fucked up this situation is?  We have a president, one year into his first term, that is threatening to sue his former chief campaign advisor for libel.  To quote George W Bush, that was some weird shit.

You mean the guy who was fired and went on to do things like Moore?

The Bush's aren't exactly the most unbiased source after what happened to the GOP's chosen candidate, Jeb.

In 1985, James Bond stopped a plot where a series of bombs would trigger an earthquake in the Silicon Valley at high tide which would flood the valley with sea water pumped from oil wells...

The Committee to Protect Journalists has awarded Trump the Overall Achievement in Undermining Global Press Freedom award!

SUCK.  IT.  ERDOGAN.

Trump has more power to oppress journalists in his tweetin' thumbs than your entire army of thugs does!  Trump has crippled press freedom more by calling them "fake news" than you have by actually throwing journalists in jail on terrorism charges!  You spend nights awake trying to think of ways to make your country a police state, and Trump does it without even trying!

Remove Erdogan, you are the worst Turk!  Long live Kurdistan!  Houthis will take Istanbul!

So that article just made everyone who read it aware of the global standard for speech and press suppression agaibst which Trump should be judged.

Why do all of Trump's enemies completely fail to grasp the art of persuasion?

The right of large corporate media firms The Press to practice sensationalism and deceit is an essential part of any free and democratic country.  To call fake news fake is to be literally hitler.  I'm not concerned here about your opinions on Trump, more concerned about how much they like to play the victim and act like a tweet is anywhere near the same as jailing, assualting, or assassinating "journalists".  Still gets me butthurt to this day.

He built a coalition of the willing, not of the morally pure.

But yeah, it's weird. Everything is weird when the impossible has happened.

I'd be more concerned about this little shakeup in the White House with Bannon were it not for the fact that historically there has been "weird shit" to quote @Walter_Sobchak quoting Dubya throughout the history of White House.

Andrew Jackson is famously quoted regretting that he didn't shoot Henry Clay or hang John C. Calhoun.

And of course Vice President Aaron Burr blew away Alexander Hamilton in a duel before being accused of treason.

Or how Woodrow Wilson was basically incapacitated after suffering a stroke for the final year of his presidency and his wife Edith essentially acted as the Executive.

https://www.pbs.org/newshour/health/woodrow-wilson-stroke

Or the run-of-the-mill marital infidelities of Warren G. Harding, or John F. Kennedy or Bubba Clinton or - as it has come to light - George H.W. Bush aka "David Coppafeel".

The biggest issue of electing a President who is not a politician and a political outsider is the fact that Donald Trump didn't have the Roladex of political contacts that a normal candidate like a Jeb Bush or Romney or Hillary Clinton has. If Donald Trump wanted to build a golf course in Wales or a Hotel in New Jersey, he has 40 years of contacts whom he could lean on to get the job done. But when it came to the election, Trump had to pretty much rely on the leavings what with the likes of JEB! or Rubio or Cruz gobbling up all the available political talent. Add to the fact that Trump's political campaign was very lean in terms of money spent, he didn't have too many quality foot soldiers he could plug into the White House when he got there.

So about 10% of the total.

Edit: According to the article the stores being closed were either in locations that harmed other Sam’s Clubs or they were built in anticipation of population growth that never materialized.
