I know that Salon is verboten, but this entertained me in any case:

The best part of the joke, of course, is that we're on the cusp of seeing yet another Clinton presidency. And political pundits wonder why the whole country seems to be stumping for Trump...

Rubio was dead on arrival two years ago when he did his Gang of Eight amnesty deal. Honestly, I'm not sure if he'll ever be able to win an election in Florida again. Seriously, these guys live in their own delusional island in Washington DC where they surround themselves by paid ass-kissers who tell them what they want. And when it comes to the Republican Party, something like one-third or half of their staffers are actually liberals or Democrats from what I have observed.

So apparently playing Elton John's song "Tiny Dancer" is secretly meant to instill violence at Trump rallies according to the Washington Post.

Or, you know, being a baby-boomer Trump likes to listen to classic rock like the majority of people from his generation (and after).

MZW on why he supports Cruz:

Michael Z. Williamson He's the least unqualified candidate at present.

But he's a Senator, no executive experience.

But I actually hope he gets to hold the rope, because every other potential is just a choice between drinking hemlock or snorting meth-laced pneumonia virus.

"Minutes later, a rumpled teen who has scribbled “Refugees matter” onto a rumpled poster board is ambushed by Trump-Trump-Trumps and is swiftly ejected from the building to the tune of Billy Joel’s “Uptown Girl.”"

Intentionally subjecting people to Billy Joel's "Uptown Girl" is a human rights violation of the highest order.

When you are the right wing Candidate, and you make Canadian news about FOX calling you out.

Welp.

Edit: I'm almost 100% certain at this point that the Donald has decided that name recognition is the key to being elected.  He's betting on the ignorance of the American public, and that sheer amount of exposure will win him the day.
