Given that the election is in November, and I have precarious finances, I'll pay for a month of the board if he breaks 50% of the vote, even if Shillary carries the Electoral College in January. I generally see term limits as a net positive, but I doubt Congress will impose term limits on themselves. Trump's recent policy proposals of lobbying reform and term limits are positive, but I think they show desperation since they're being proposed with less than a month left in the election.
