One of the interesting things is that the crossover isn't evenly distributed. Euros got most of the Neanderthal DNA, while asians got most of the Denisovian. Which you're unconsciously doing already. If you want to consciously maximise a specific polygenic trait, know that the tradeoff will be more-than-compensatory lowering of scores in other areas.
