I, as well as many others on this forum, have a passion for so-bad-it's-life-changing fanfiction. And this is that thread.

Let's begin with what is inarguably the best worst fanfiction ever made: My Immortal.

She is positively Hemingway-esque in some of those paragraphs if one were to concede that writing about the catalog and accessories at Hot Topic is similar to writing about sport fishing and bull fights.

I don't remember Snape getting pregnant, but My Immortal does set similarly new standards for literary absurdity. For example, it flaunts the very notion of "continuity" so completely that at one point Severus and Snape become two separate characters - with absolutely no explanation or reason given.
