A Turkish M60 tank was apparently penetrated at the turret side by an improvised Zargos anti-materiel/sniper rifle. As a result of the subsequent fire three crew members died.

 

Edit: That already happened in 2016, but has been revealed recenly.

If its a HEAT damage there would be a circular splash wound on the outside and as u had state the left is indee a splash wound but no other damage is found around it though

Indeed. But if you look at pictures of Turkish "60s" you can see that it is not uncommon to put spare track links or wheel discs on turret walls. Those parts could be blown off when hit by warhead. In this case there coul be seen splash marks on yellow paint on the left.

Looks like the projectile came in at an angle, considering the gouging on one side. Could the projectile have been a 14.5mm or maybe a 20mm SLAP?
