SINGAPORE, Dec 14 (Reuters) - Shipping company Hafnia said on Monday that one of its oil tankers had been hit by an unidentified external source that caused fire and explosion while the ship was discharging at Jeddah port in Saudi Arabia.

/.../

Another tanker was hit by something while in port in SA.

More combat, recent one. Al-Dhalea. Also, T-34-85 in video.

Ansar Allakh shot down Chinese made CH-4B drone, used by SA.

This UAV could have been shot down by that strange new subsonic Iranian turbojet SAM. On the video the missile seems to be relatively large, pretty slow and with no trail.

Jazan - Dozens of sites belonging to the Saudi army were cleared off the city of Al-Khouba in a large military operation

   Houthis operation in Jizan province.

   From video description:

/.../

The operation began after careful monitoring of the Saudi army’s movements and the positioning of its forces and mechanisms. Joint forces of Saudi forces, Sudanese mercenaries and units of the so-called "Commando Brigade" were present in these locations.

The scenes showed the advance of the army mujahideen and the popular committees towards the enemy positions in the city opposite Al-Khouba in the depth of Saudi Arabia, and they were able - by the grace of God - to pass the obstacles and fortifications before closing and clashing with the enemy forces from close distances and inflicting heavy losses on the enemy, which forced him to flee.

Yuri Lyamin about this missile attack:

Quote

On the evening of September 4, the Houthis in Yemen fired a ballistic missile at the area of Ed Dammam on the east coast of Saudi Arabia, where the facilities of the Saudi Aramco oil company are located. In Saudi Arabia, it was officially announced that the missile was intercepted by air defense / missile defense systems, while 14 buildings were damaged by debris and fragments from it, and two children were lightly injured.

However, the footage of the video that appeared last night from Ed-Dammam indicates rather that the detachable warhead was never intercepted and flew to the ground, where it exploded. Ansar Allah (Houthis) government spokesman for the Yemeni government said a Zulfiqar missile was used for the strike. As it is known under this name, the missiles are assembled in Yemen on the basis of the supplied parts of the Iranian Qiam missile.

To achieve a range that allows you to reach the Saudi coast of the Persian Gulf (Iranian missiles have a range of up to 800 km, and the modified Yemeni version flies to a range of up to 1200-1300 km), the warhead there is obviously greatly weakened, so its damaging effect is low, and the accuracy also falls noticeably compared to the original rocket. Nevertheless, such missiles remain extremely difficult targets for air defense / missile defense.
