There were big combined arms maneuvers; tanks supported by infantry and artillery, the works. Everything but manned air power and WMDs. One observer had a story about two Ukrainian mechanized brigades being wiped out in a few minutes by an MRLS barrage. LoooSeR Posted April 22, 2016 Report Share Posted April 22, 2016 Note that rebels losses structure shows that "tanks / others AFVs" casualties ratio is much higher, showing that they used IFVs and APCs in direct combat with units, well-equipped with AT weapons, much less frequently than UAV/VSU.
