Unknown armed people in military uniforms block entrances, as well as exits from administrative buildings in the center of Lugansk, reports LTR.

According to GTRK LPR, unknown persons refuse to carry out the order of the head of LPR Igor Plotnitsky to leave the city center. The armed men themselves stated that they were conducting planned exercises, but refused to show their documents. The head of the Center for Public Relations of the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of LPR Sergey Kolesnikov failed to comment on the cordon of the city streets, citing lack of information.

As users of social networks suggest, the MVD leadership, who is dissatisfied with the dismissal of the head of the department, Igor Cornet, may be involved in what is happening: on the eve Igor Plotnitsky sent the minister to resign. The corresponding order is published on the website of the head of the LPR. The reason for the dismissal was the initiation of a criminal case, the details of which are not yet known. The Minister of Justice of the LNR, Sergei Koziakov, has already stated that any orders of Igor Cornet are considered illegal.

Ukraine recognized Russia as an "invader country"
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted a law on the reintegration of Donbass, in which Russia is recognized as an "occupying country". This is reported by "Country.ua".

Wow, that was "fast".

But hey, excellent way to throw Minsk 2 into dubster fire and leave Kiev politicians a way to re-initiate war, completely ignore Ukrainians on side of DPR/LPR and burn a bridge through which DPR and LPR could re-intigrate peacefully.

Interesting video from the web resource lostarmour.info, showing from unmanned aerial vehicles shooting of DPR artillery on Ukrainian positions. It is believed that the videos were made in May-June 2017 (although the color of the vegetation is rather autumnal). A clip is a slicing of the frames of successful hits.

Well thank God no one thinks Ukraine is in Mexico, because that would just be silly!

However I'm a little worried that several people seem to think it's somewhere in flyover country...

I know they call it flyover country but JESUS!!

On a side note, just how far do people think artillery pieces can fire?

This whole Russia phobia thing makes way more sense now... If you think Ukraine is somewhere just outside of Denver and you hear the news talking about the Russians firing artillery across the border at the Ukrainians... Holy shit!!

Guys! Next time it could be Des Moines!
