LoooSeR
Apperently full radiochatter. It becomes obvious that Ukrainians were doing this provocation intentionally. Russian side asked ships to leave their current place and move to waiting point to get their permission. Also it appears that Ukrainian navy boats in previous attempts were allowed to cross. Russian side (at least a guy on radio) also stated that futher actions against that order will be viewed as provocation. Ukrainian side continued to do whatever fuck they wanted (to the point when Russian voice started to rudely swear). Number of attempts to send ships to waiting pint failed as Ukrainians didn't payed any attention and conitnued to do whatever they initially wanted. After that Ukrainian radio guy started to repeat same phrase that they are not provide a military threat and claim that we are breaking UN laws, international agreements and so on over and over again until he made people on that radio channel very angry ("just shoot him so hit shut up" and "shut your fucking mouth, kurva"). Later Russian side started to warn Ukr that we will use weapons (another voice in radio chat "just use it fucking already and end this circus, blyad'!"). Minute later Ukr boats were ordered to stop (yet another voice told "Just fuck em up!", i suspect that number of civilian/other ships were on this channel). "You will be fucking get boarded and all ours will be exchange for you, bitch" (to Ukrainian voice on radio).

LoooSeR
Quote "Russia is preparing a breakthrough: a record number of army troops was pulled to the border, it can start at any moment" This was aired on one of the Ukrainian TV channels by the head of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Viktor Muzhenko. The number of military equipment along the Ukrainian border from the Russian Federation has increased dramatically. “The nature of the deployment (groups and equipment of the armed forces of the Russian Federation) shows that, in the shortest possible time, the corresponding offensive groups can be formed and the direction of their actions is Ukraine. Therefore, we are considering not one direction - the Luhansk and Donetsk regions, but we are talking about the northeastern, eastern, southern borders of Ukraine, ” he said. According to the Chief of the General Staff, during the Vostok-2018 exercise, the Russian Federation transferred 300 T-62 tanks from the eastern regions to its base near the Ukrainian border. He also spoke about the formation of the Russian Federation division consisting of two tank and two moto-rifle ('motostreletskikh") regiments. “Such divisions are called the Breakthrough Division. Obviously, the division is created not for conducting defense actions, but only for offensive actions, ”noted Muzhenko. According to him, this division is part of the 8th combined arms army deployed in Novocherkassk. “And the most interesting thing is that the two army corps, which are located in the temporarily occupied territory of the Lugansk and Donetsk regions, are controlled from the headquarters of this 8th combined-arms army. We see systemic formation, ”the Chief of the General Staff emphasized. /.../ ->Motostreltsiy on T-62s are prepared for assault operations
