My first thought on seeing this was that it looked like the GI Joe Havoc.  I suspect only Donward will get this reference.

Well, it's pretty hard to expect reality to approach the awesomeness of 1980's GI Joe vehicles.  GI Joe fully appreciated the value of giant transparent windshields and vehicles that launched smaller vehicles, which in turn launched smaller vehicles.  Also, gun turrets with fully exposed gunners.  Those are always a good idea.
