  1. I'm just happy that 2002 called. McThag • 11 hours ago 2002 called, they want their specifications back. Nathaniel, update your information or stop writing about 6.8. You're embarrassing yourself. Don Ward McThag • an hour ago Strangely enough, 2002 also thinks that Nickelback is awesome, considering how much 2002 loves the song "How You Remind Me". I wouldn't take what 2002 has to say very seriously. And that we might as well just use the 30-30 for the next GPC. Don Ward • 9 hours ago So in other words, time to adopt the 30-30 as the next GPC like I've been saying all along! ... Yes. I skipped past everything and only read the last paragraph or two. ;-)
  2. I suspect that much of humanity's desire to resurrect different species is to increase the options available for our palate.
  3. Yeah, well. That's all well and good until you start forcing Christian photographers to take pictures at human/arthropod weddings. Remember. God created Adam and Eve. Not Adam and Stomatopoda! ... Not that I have anything against Odontodactylus scyllarus. Why, I was just watching some videos about the mating habits of Mantis shrimp and... eh... No Stomo!
  4. I suspect that Oedipus isn't asking that question for scientific reasons at all. Not strictly speaking at least...
  5. Yes. But you forget, Xlu. That vehicle looks totally bitchin! Just look how much fun those krauts are having! Although in German, I guess you'd call it hundin. Hundinin?
  6. The revelry ceased as The Wise One stalked away to the Inner Sanctum of the Dialectic, festooned with the polished impenetrable skulls of a hundred Wehraboos. The children were silently ushered away while the The Men discussed what The Wise One had said in hushed voices. There were other hunting grounds, that they knew. But the trek would be perilous and full of risk.
  7. http://forum.worldoftanks.com/index.php?/topic/343200-did-germany-make-the-right-call/page__st__280__pid__6886339#entry6886339 It was a successful hunt and the Clan of the Comieboo would feast well tonight. The tribe gathered around the fire to listen while the Men recounted how the Invincibility of the Tiger was brought to heel and dispatched. It was a familiar tale and the Elders nodded sagely while boys - soon to become Comieboo men themselves - listened eagerly, dreaming of the time when they too could hunt the wild Wehraboo. Toddlers were given the scorched remains of SS Sturmhelms to pound on. The tribe rested secure knowing the Spirit of the Party protected them. Capitalist Running dogs howled mournfully far in the distance of the night. EnsignExpendable #295Posted Mar 30 2014 - 17:45 Hah, maybe in the olden days, this land was ripe with wehraboo packs, plenty for any man worthy of his Jentz book to measure his skill and bravery against. Today we line up at the store, and maybe, if we got up early enough, we'll get a pittance of what's a factory farmed wehraboo at best and a middle schooler that saw Death Traps once at worst. There just no sport left in the hunt, I tell ya.
  8. http://forum.worldoftanks.com/index.php?/topic/343200-did-germany-make-the-right-call/page__st__480 The young Comieboo hunter sat crouched behind the blind, slick sweat made grasping the spear he carried difficult. The wild Wehraboo slowly ambled towards the snare that the hunter had constructed. He had listened to the stories of the hunt told by The Elders and The Men of the Clan of the Comieboo since he was a boy, reading his first mimeographed Marxist pamphlet. But this would be his first solo kill. The young Comieboo hunter leaned forward in anticipation, causing a single dead branch to snap, like the sound of a Kalashnikov. The Wehraboo's head came up, eyes rolling white in terror. It gave a snort and stampeded through the trap, causing the snare to malfunction like a Fascist .08 Parabellum that had been dropped in the mud. The young hunter raised his spear to throw, like he had been taught so many times. True and straight it flew but - like a Fascist Pak 36 - it bounced harmlessly off the Wehraboo's skull. The Wehraboo crashed through the woods and disappeared out of sight with only the trumpeting bray of its warning call left behind, echoing in the forest. The young Comieboo hunter gathered up his weapons and faced the prospect of what his failure would entail when he rejoined the Clan of the Comieboo...
  9. Men from back in those days made smoking cigarettes look cool.
  10. It looks like it might have been a "technical fault" or "technical failure" which brought down that Saudi F-15. Phew. For a second there I thought we'd have to recompile those vaunted F-15 K/D ratios. It's bad enough we have Allies in the Middle East bringing shame on the M1 Abrams by surrendering tanks to guys in Toyota Hi-Lux pickup trucks. But to lose an Eagle to a bunch of guys waving Kalashnikovs, RPGs and driving around in technicals... Wait a second...
  11. Same reason today why the Brits were so keen to keep control of the same areas over a century ago. The accidents of geography.
  12. On the same vein as some of my earlier posts. I present to you Charley Pride. His cover Kawligah is the best cover of the song (no offense to HW Sr.). Ditto with Mountain of Love which brings a little bit of Soul to a rockabilly tune. Obviously his signature tune. Country and Western music can be good again. It just needs the right influx of talent.
  13. And for the record, all of these businesses as far as I knew were happy to do business with gays on literally every occasion save weddings. That's not enough of a "problem" to make a federal case out of this and to antagonize and criminalize the belief system of 50 -100 million law abiding Christians (or whatever the number is). Win with your ideas. Leave the government out of this case just for once.
  14. I feel the accepted level is not siccing the Attorney General of the State of Washington to destroy a small business owner just because she happens to be a Christian. That's the level of bigotry that I'd like to see.
  15. Just for the record guys. What the actual ramifications of all of this has been - so far - complaining about bad service delivered by florists and wedding cake designers. Which in all honesty... is kind of gay. Not exactly the stuff of Selma or Little Rock.
  16. Why build a post-WW2 carrier when you can buy surplus US escort or fleet carriers?
  17. I was planning to do more effort poasting but have prior commitments. But here is an article on what mammoths may have eaten. The description seems a bit different than the tundra plants that I'm used to dealing with up north. http://www.cbc.ca/news/technology/woolly-mammoth-diet-mystery-solved-by-dna-analysis-1.2524015
  18. Stop making Boeing jets in a "Right to Work" state like South Carolina and bring the jobs back to Everett, Wash. with proper Boeing union employees! Oh. You mean the game? Errrr...
  19. I was supportive of gay marriage here in Washington state (no, seriously and I can explain why later) until the main gay marriage activists here (The Stranger, etc) started publicly declaring that it was payback time when it was passed. I don't see the point in antagonizing a sizeable and law abiding portion of the community and making martyrs out of them (when being martyrs is their thing) when you can just allow a couple decades of societal evolution to take place.
  20. Just shut it down man. Not worth arguing over.
