  1. Mistake were made.... So, it turns out the game engine does not like processing over 2000 parts at the same time. Fortunately, i was worried that something like this might happen, so I made a quicksave before the rendezvous.
  2. I found a mod with hinges and actuators, so naturally this led to variable geometry aircraft. Unfortunately, KSP thinks that there is more drag when the wings are swept back......
  3. Ferret Class mining and research vessel extracting ore from Pol.
  4. The kerbals heard of ballistic missile submarines, and decided that they needed to keep up with the times. Something might have gotten lost in translations.
  5. Archimedes joins Eeloo 1 and Kshatriya. I don't know if Cataphract will be able to make it. Dank parts count is causing performance issues.... Archimedes is carrying a Ferret Class mining and research vessel in its core.
  6. The largest of the Ceres class cruisers, the Cataphract. I'll try to get a screenshot of Eeloo 1, Kshatriya, Archimedes, and Cataphract together, provided that the game doesn't crash.   7. Jeb, Bob, Bill, and a few others return from Eeloo Eeloo 1 and Kshatriya docked. Neither ship has RCS, so I created some "tug boats" that have a very powerful RCS and a claw. Archimedes returns from Jool. It turned out that the phase alignment was just right for a quick stop by Dres to drop off a probe.

  9. Archimedes deploying a satellite in orbit around Bop.
  10. Basic structure of the station is complete. Going to add the dockyard arms, research wing, communication array, and whatever else suits my fancy. This bugger cost roughly 2.7m to put into orbit, so I am waiting for some missions to be completed so I have more funding to work with.
  11. New space station under construction around Kerbin. I wanted to build somewhere to dock Avalon, Kshatriya, Eeloo 1, and other ships when they are back in Kerbin orbit.
  12. The Warhawk and I went on a HEAT-54/55A rampage. As he put it "Swath cutting mode engaged." Towards the end of the match, our team decided that closing the pocket on the remaining enemy tanks would be too scary. They left The Warhawk by himself while he killed the 3 remaining enemy tanks while on ~220hp. All in all, a good game.
  13. A shuttle prepares to land on Duna. It's mission is to recover a stranded kerbal on the surface of the planet. After recovery, the shuttle will take off and rendezvous with Kshatriya, which is parked in a low Duna orbit. Two Golem class mining landers extracting ore from the surface of Ike. This ore will then be taken up to the Kshatriya when it returns to Ike orbit, and from there it will be processed with the on-board IRSU converter into fuel for the ship.
  14. This is getting out of hand. I got Ace on my T55A will less XP than this.
  15. I haven't really noticed it to be a major problem, at least in comparison to the 59 Patton tumor. Way more people try to shoot the cupola of the 59 Patton than the Chieftain/T95.
  16. Things got real after a few days. 1279 base XP to get Ace on Wednesday, 1010 base XP gets you 3rd class by Saturday. All in all, I like the tank. It seems to play a little like the old T110E5, and the gun has some very weird RNG, not unlike KV-2/IS-3A snapshots.   17. Yeah, as soon as I saw that there was no arty I knew what to do. The presence of arty certainly would have made the game more dynamic. I love that position, though, because you take the stance of invulnerability against both the ice road and the bridge.

  20. Collimatrix took the FCM36 Pak40 out for a spin to collect some seal pelts. He pulled in a good haul.
