Tubes in the turret near turret ring - yes. Thing, that those arrows point, are covers of capbles that are used change magnetic field of the vehicles to decrease chance of detonating over vehicle of ATGM with magnetic sensors .
According to the Russian wiki it is ERA
for the interception projectiles launchers (launchers arrays) T-14 have two launcher placed on either side of the turret

It's well describe in many sources - in Pz-3IT, Kornet, Metis-M, etc precursor is non initiating (not igniting ERA casette) - clou is to make a hole in ERA without igniting it. So linear is made not from Cu or Mo but teflon or other non-metalic linears. Whole "cumulative jet" made for such material have low densinity and in some way make big hole without igniting ERA.

thank you very much for the informations and sources
and i will ask you for your source about that Kornet and Metis-M have a non initiating precursor
and in your article in otvaga 2004 you said that RPG 28 and 29 have a non initiating precursor too i wish if you give me the source too

They are called T-90SA because there isn't any other name known for it.
It isn't exactly true because they are missing the MTShU-1-7 modulator (boxes behind the Shtora lights).
I don't know why they don't have them and what purpose does it serve. It can't be because of the secret technology(Syrian T-90s have it). I think it could be because of the newer Shtora-1 system.
We were wrong
System modules are integrated
Algerian tanks have full Shtora-1 -

It is the Griffin demonstrator that was on display at AUSA 2016, basically an Ajax hull with a turret derived from the Abrams.
thank you

My mistake the Algerian tank does not have a complete Shtora-1
for the Syrian tank it is not a export version .. it is the Russian T90A

it is called T-90SA and Azerbaijan have those as well.
The tanks called T-90SA is Tanks from the first batch of the 2006 deal .
this is Different -
It's an export version of T-90A

The new batch of Algerian tanks T-90 owns a welded turret and a complete Shtora-1 system .

Turret is jammed and weapon system probably don't work so i expected them to Jihad Design bureau it into APC or IFV on T-90 chassis. Using it to make VBIED is wastefull, for artillery - very ineffective (weight of armor and resulting carrying capacity is not up to task).
i don't think they have ability to make a IFV from T-90 chassis ! they need some manufacture capacity except IS have it
for artillery i speak about the static firing and fire support i think the tank can't fire in move anyway
