Outstanding articles (I have read the Russian ones before but it is nice to read the English ones) though it is worth mentioning a few things about Nozh/Duplet.

Simulations (posted earlier in this thread I believe) show that Nozh's operating...forces will not be of significant use against APFSDS. The outer casing of the ERA brick effectively gets molded and pushed out against an incoming projectile via the HEAT jets, and this acts as what is basically a scaled down version of typical ERA -- plates shifting against rods or jets. In addition, the jets themselves will smear against the rod more than cut, thus being extremely inefficient. It seems as if a lot of Nozh's protection characteristics come simply by the large quantities of explosives it contains, and only offers a 'slightly better than K-5' level of penetration-reduction.

You folk can render this well and don't use it to constant build Armata's?

LoooSeR, do you think Vacuum-1 (or the round T-14 will use, generally) would retain the Svinets-1's width of 22mm, or go up to 25mm (thereabouts)?

Given the rod will be ~900mm it makes since it would become wider, for the same reason the M829A3 did.

(Note this makes a massive difference in penetrator weight. Assuming monoblock Wolfram around 17 g/cm3, the 22mm width would give a weight of just under 6 kilos, and 25mm ~7.5 kg)

Hard to tell if the 70km figure includes RAP or not - though that much of an improvement on "just" a charge upgrade and longer barrel seems a bit unrealistic. Modular charges and an L/52 can't even get close to that on the PZH's gun, for example.

I'm 99% sure that is with RAP and the article is wrong.

The Army-2015 model seems to contradict that.

This was discussed on Otvaga or Paralay (think the latter) awhile back, as you may or may not remember - in any case, it appears like their are UV optics underneath that 'rubber' layer, or whatever it is. 

I suspect the final turret layout has not yet been revealed - and it will feature a different radar layout (if it does indeed still include it). 

Some @ Otvaga noted that, like Coalition, the panels may not have been installed yet. 2S35 seems to have progressed faster than T-14.

Afganit will use UV sensors (in combination with radar) to detect/track and engage targets.

Stef Molyneux's videos changed my opinion on Trump a little bit. Sleazy? Sure, but what president in the past 30 years hasn't been. At the very least one could argue not taking massive donations from corporates makes him appear less sleazy than his opponents. 

Gary Johnson would never get 5%, hence the issue. I would hoping he would last time around.

If not Rand, I honestly *prefer* Trump over the other repubs. I don't like his ego, I don't like where he stands on certain things, but his foreign policy is the only one that keeps us clear of WW3.
