Looks pretty similar, visually, to the BAC TSR-2. (aka England's Arrow)

Dollary Clump for president #2016
It takes a village to build a wall around gun owners to keep China from laughing at us.

Armored Commander has been updated to 1.0, the final release version barring any bug fixes or another developer forking it. So now's the time to play it.
IIRC the developer posted on reddit a couple months ago that they plan to eventually start developing a Armored Commander 2 because they feel overly constrained by the Patton's Best rules.

Marco Rubio just confided to CNN's Anderson Cooper that he enjoys listening to Electronic Dance Music.
This man must not be allowed anywhere near the nuclear button.
Two letters off from being electable.

It's boggling to think that the tiltrotor had been in development since 1970.
Bell was messing around with them as far back as the 50s.
There was also tiltwing research, probably seemed more promising at the time.
(cue Canadian Mike Sparks fantasizing about Arrows with rough runway kits being supplied by CL-84s)

One Punch Man isn't really a satire though. It's more of a parody where pretty much everything is played straight and Saitama acts as a foil to all the standard superhero stuff.
I can't actually think of any specifically satirical anime off the top of my head. Maybe Humanity Has Declined, and OreTwintails to some extent.
Helck is good.

Damaged Marco Rubio rushed to Koch Industries sentionaut repair facility after trench-coat wearing Jeb Bush makes threatening gestures and tells attendees that "after today, Carson won't be the only one here who knows what brains look like" before opening fire during debate. Secret Service says overwork, mocking Onion articles suspected as cause for recent "increasingly unhinged" behavior.
When reached for comment, Donald Trump's campaign only stated that this was "yet another false flag against White America by the Obama administration."

I see they've hired Ted Cruz to do target selection.

In other words, a terrible firearm.
Probably still better than the Magal. (which, IIRC, was a M1 Carbine that blimped out to 8lbs after hurting it's back, and had polymer furniture that supposedly melted from repeated firing)
Probably a mix of the rarity effect, and from being under 7 pounds unloaded in the '60s, maybe.
And also the sheet metal construction.

Kazakhstan signed a contract for the supply of T-72KZ "Shygys" for Jordan Army
It's like somebody stuck a M60 upgrade package on a T-72.
http://www.kampfpanzer.de/vehicles/t-72
Kazakhstan is operating a larger fleet of T-72 tanks. While other countries started upgrading the tanks, Kazakhstan did not do anything over the last 20 years. Therefore it is understandable that an upgrade was sooner or later to be expected. But instead of turning towards Russia or even the Ukraine or Poland, Kazakhstan to decided to ask Israel for help. This decision must have been somewhat influenced by parallel projects running in Georgia and Azerbaijan.
A first version of the T-72KZ was presented in public back in 2010. The tank was improved fully using technology developed in Israel and somewhat similar to the T-72 Aslan. Instead of the T-72AV style ERA, the prototype was using the passive armour developed for the Sabra tank on turret and hull front. The fire control system used seems to be the Drawa-T including the TISAS thermal sight. It must be noted that the army was actively pushing for passive armour and knowingly decided against ERA. Tests of the tank showed little impressive results and resulted in a relaunch of the project.
Oh, no wonder.

Moldovan press reports that Tiraspol airport was prepared for military operations of Russian army; I couldn't find a good source in English but it is easily readable with google translate from Romanian:
"Airport" seems too kind a word for it.

Trump and Hillary are cut from the same cloth. They're both "I've got money, you stupid little people don't need to worry about things" types, except Trump has embraced the populist tactic of "I will say whatever gets me attention and votes."
He's donated thousands of dollars to the Clinton Global Initiative, supports "reasonable restrictions" on "assault weapons", donated to Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel's campaign, and didn't donate money to Republican political campaigns before 2012.

The Problem of Space Travel (PDF, 7mb), (Higher quality 26mb version)
The Slovenian engineer Herman Potočnik's 1928 book on space travel. Apparently had a good amount of influence on Oberth and Korolev.
