    Not officially and i really doubt that they will do. Zvezda TV already managed to "deploy" Ka-52s in Syria in October. I really don't see reason to do that, as Mi-24s can carry more unguided rocket pods, while Ka-52's ATGMs are still not ready and KK will complete first order for Vikhr missiles only in the mid 2016. So Ka-52 currently is just less-capable Mi-28 (Ataka ATGMs are working fine) or Mi-24/35.

    Yes, rebels got several Arbalet (IIRC name of that system) radars during winter of 2014-2015. One was filmed when rebels were showing their data to OSCE during 'Je suis Volnovakha' incident.
