There are far more crustaceans than human females on this planet. My odds of being alone are much lower than yours.

I grew up shooting large animals with a Norinco Sks. You know, no real problems putting anything down.
But I wish I had a piece of silver for every new wunder bullet or round that's come out to supposedly "fix" the last cartridge's "shortcomings".

Compare the .30-30 LEVERevolution stuff to 6.8SPC. See what comes out on top. That would be an entertaining, and pointless, article.
Damnit, damnit damnit, why did I click that? Why? I hate you, Sturgis-man.
EDIT:
After reading through the forum post, some are actually like "Guys, we shouldn't be so quick, did you read his article?" And then the rest do something like this.
"Yeah, so we were wrong and lieing just to get the community angry at this author, but who cares? He hates 6.8. He hates something we love. We can't abide by that."

Thread retitled to be more accurate.
Lots of additional lulz to be had over at 68forums, including constructor trying to insult me and accidentally insulting 68forum members, instead.

My favorite so far is Mad Gorilla.
Mad_Gorilla Nathaniel F. • 3 hours agoIt is not disingenuous or misleading. Nearly every military dropped the 6.5 in favor of something in the .30 caliber range. 6.5 just wasn't effective on the battlefield. When everybody went to spitzers in the mid-20's, the 6.5s couldn't compete because the bullets were too light after the change to spitzer. And that was in cases about the same size as the .308. Put a 6.5 in an a case that only has half the powder of the .308, and you still have the same issues. And yes, .013" does make a difference. Everybody rants about BC, but I'll take a lower BC better balanced bullet over a long skinny high BC any day.

I suspect that Oedipus isn't asking that question for scientific reasons at all. Not strictly speaking at least...

Those were the days.

Lamentably when I open word it's for nerd boardgames, not word stringing together (incidentally, I have put up a link to my rules draft on that thread)

#Sorry #notsorry
Her fingers brushed lightly across the multi-faceted carapace, while her own amber eyes studied the shifting colors lit by the fireplace. Segments of its body shivered under her touch. "Such colors..." She mused, "But, I don't know, are you even-I mean, what..." What was she trying to say? Why were words so hard to grasp? Her mind raced, as her fingers explored, without regard, the creature before her.
"Him? Her?" The creature spoke, voice rasp. A chuckle escaped from the arthropod's maxilliped. "I am special among my kind. In your tongue, I am hermaphroditic."
She blushed, straightening her skirt against the thick rug and tearing her gaze from the creature. Instead, she decided to watch the flames lick the stones of the fireplace, focusing, attempting to curb the own fire that burned within her. "Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to bring it up. I just-" What was this feeling? "-I was just curious, that's all..."
Another raspy chuckle drifted to her ears. The arthropod moved, its numerous appendages bridging the gap between them as if it was nothing. a long, hard, claw deftly brushed her hair from her face. She looked up into his, or her, midnight-black eyes. "Your kind are so very curious. It is endearing. What else would you like to know?"
Her words never formed. They fell silently and breathlessly from yearning lips. They fell, and she followed them, down to the creature's carapace and into waiting, gentle, and strong chelipeds.

Arguing with Nazis online is for chumps. Take it to the streets.
Also, I tend to agree that the legislation is flawed. It certainly wasn't fleshed out, and at a meager 2.5 pages long, I don't feel that it covers any particular specifics.
But that just leaves more to be argued in court, where precedence will be made. That's how the law will eventually be determined.
I don't believe such laws should be in place to begin with. I am against the knee-jerk passage of laws these days. There are much better ways to solve social issues.

I don't know, Bele. I don't know, because what you cited is a clear piece of propaganda with no positive or negative correlation to reality. I'm not trying to be a hardass on this; don't you think it leaves a bit to be desired to represent your position with a piece of trite, poorly-source propaganda than something more substantial?
Do you feel this forum is a good place for this kind of podium-thumping? Man, everybody's got different political views, that's why politics and religion aren't subjects for polite dinner conversation.
You know this isn't a good argument to make, man.
You are getting too excited. Calm down, Bele.

Just for the record guys. What the actual ramifications of all of this has been - so far - complaining about bad service delivered by florists and wedding cake designers. Which in all honesty... is kind of gay. Not exactly the stuff of Selma or Little Rock.
