I used to have a really hard time sleeping, and still do occasionally. Like Bele said, alcohol can be a huge help if it's available.
Do you have caffeine habits?
Well, alcohol isn't really something i'm both legally and morally inclined to use for that. I do consume caffeine, but not a lot and i've gone whole weeks drinking nothing but water and it's no different.

Question: How regularly do you get exercise?
Everyday!! If you saw what I looked like you'd see that I am pretty damn well built too. I have no idea why I am like this and literally everything done so far has done nothing and I've lived with it for a long time

Can you tell us more about the symptoms? Are you kept awake by mind racing, anxiety, etc?
I have sleep restlessness, so when I try to go to sleep, God forbid I get that luxury, it's like my body will not stop moving. Then there is my trouble actually falling asleep, it's damn near impossible for me to fall asleep. I've literally done everything over the past 5 years that doctor's, and other people have told me to do and nothing works. Then there's me staying asleep, I usually wake up to piss or just wake up and boom, I am immediately energized and ready to go, even if it's 30min of sleep when staying up for 72hrs like I am now. I am both extremely tired and fatigued, yet I could run a triathlon and i'm very fidgety. Now however I am beginning to hallucinate a little, I've seen shit out of my peripheral vision, I think I've asked if my mom has called for me a few times, I'm beginning to not walk right, and I'm getting very pissed off. The problem is, even like this, sleep isn't even possible for me!!! It's actually killing me at this point man and it's making my life a whole lot harder than it already is.

ooooh, it sucks when you get that bad. I've been there a few times. I usually resort to several stiff drinks and or 'herbal' remedy for that. If it continues for long, you should go see a Doctor about it. They may end up doing a sleep test to see if it's something medical.
Barring access to alcohol, I'd recommend a hot bath and possibly something like Nytol.
Insomnia sucks. Been there, done that, got the T-shirt.
That's my problem man, I've had this issue this bad since I can remember and nothing they've done has helped. Several Comprehensive Sleep studies, Literally two dozen or so medications that don't work, yada yada.

Can someone please help me, I know it's not related but I suffer from insane Sleep Insomnia and i've actually not slept for three days straight now. I am beginning to hallucinate now and it's getting really bad.

I heard that US Army felt M1A1 (before M1A1HA) didn't have enough protection against Russian new tanks in 1980s, so they welded 80mm RHA plate to M1A1's hull and turret front. But I hardy see any picture of it.
So, is this the 1980s upgrade welded plate ? and why they kept so ancient stuff on a M1A2 tank?
I think those are just weight simulators for certain upgrades. I've never seen anything like that before unless it was just a weight simulator. Like the M1E1.

Actually those are chieftains, finally we have solid proof that non-isolated ammo is a death trap!
Anyone else amazed that Hulk literally just threw a "M1 Abrams"about a mile?

A good friend of mine's M1 got hit by an IED in Afghanistan, driver killed, injuries to rest of crew, Abrams is the worst tank in the world, isolated ammo racks are terrible, no greater sample size necessary, no informed commentary necessary, no counter-argument possible
Wow sorry man Seems to be a pretty common occurrence, much more so than all other current serving 3rd Generation MBT's in service....

That is pretty cool picture of J-20
Dammit! That's the Oroville dam!! We didn't see them on Radar when they bombed it so J-20 is best 20.

How does WT model HE penetration? Same as WoT or do they use a more sophisticated mechanism?
I think you meant to say less sophisticated lol. Basically If you're a KV-2 or SU-100Y, you can only really kill something equal of tier head on or consistently if it has sheet metal for armor, after that it's useless.

WT is adequate for lower tier tank battles that I've played (think the highest thing I have is a T-70, haven't played in a while), but higher shit looks horrifying.
It's a shame WoWP was such a disaster, because I would like to have a planes game that isn't WT. Also, I would kill for a multiplayer flight sim thing set in about the 1945-1975 timeframe.
I have Tier 5 tanks in all available nations except Japan and it's honestly really bad. T-54 Mod1951's vs Leopard A1A1's and M103's is actually do-able as i've done, but you really get shit on hard as late Tier Russians contrary to what people say.

War Thunder has lost all replayability value in my opinion. When I first started playing War Thunder, I honestly really enjoyed it, and tanks especially when that entered beta. But now it's just terrible on all fronts for me.
-
I just realized we had this thread. I would like to affirmably say, fuck War Thunder. Excuse my language but that game has just gotten so bad since I started playing it back in late 2013. The game is also boringly repetitive without premium. WoT is actually do-able without premium but War Thunder kills me to play without it. And also ATGM's kinda crapped on Sim battles.

In M1A2SEP, both CITV and CROWS can be used in auto scan mode. This means that CITV in auto scan observes one sector, CROWS in auto scan observes second sector, and third sector is observed by the gunner.
Commander on his displays can simultanouesly observe images from both CROWS and CITV, and CROWS have not worse optics than CITV and gunner primary sight.
I was inside M1A2SEPv2 with CROWS mounted, and honestly, visibility from commander cupola is extremely good, better than in case of Leopard 2A4 or Leopard 2A5 commander cupola.
Besides that, M1A2SEPv3/v4 will receive new low profile CROWS which is lower and smaller.
Hmm, I didn't know that, thanks for the info. IT just seemed too me that the CITV would be obscured by the hatches, GPSE, and RCWS more so than other tanks.

Hasn't that been a problem in regards of the CITV? The M1 in regards too other vehicles seems to have a lot more in the way of the M1's Commander's sight compared too other tanks. IT seems like this could spell bad for a M1 crew in certain combat scenarios where that RCWS could get in the way.

Any fans of Com Truise on here?

I meant as a safe measure in event of a penetration of the blast door or any break in seal of the blast doors. Like a KE penetration of a M1's blast doors that is sealed by a flame retardant foam.

Yes I do suffer from anxiety pretty bad and have for quite some time, especially now due to a recent course of events which has taken a extreme toll on my body mentally and emotionally.
Work was, however I am not allowed a job anymore due too me being homebound for school work; they prohibit me having a job because of that.
My mind has a horrible issue with getting stuck in loops, and that is a issue that i've had for as long as I remember.
I don't suffer from recurring nightmares, but it is something I do experience from time to time. I do have non-stop "Day Nightmares?" If you could call them that. It's basically I always dwell on past or current events and think of the worst possible situations or outcomes and basically just that for days on end. I rarely have peace of mind.
Yes and no, I do try to get as much running in my day as possible, even if that means I don't go outside. Example would be when I get out from what I was doing, I usually just run to wherever I go, be it the kitchen or bathroom. I am a avid runner and I do run, walk, or just am more active than most.
Yes I do to a extent.
