I first got interested in the Skyraider as a Kid reading Vietnam war stories. The amount of times the skyradiers came up in stories with rescue missions stuck in my head.  A large ordanance load and long loiter time make for a good CAS/COIN aircraft.

I saw it.  Wasn't overly impressed. Was hollywooded up a bit more than I would have liked. Does draw attention to the abysmal treatment of american vets returning home, so there is that.  How western countries treat returning combat troops is shameful.  Probably my single biggest beef with the Harper Gov't is how they have completely and utterly failed our vets coming home from 'stan.  I view it as a national disgrace and a violation of the covenent between service memebers and the government. 

This is a really really awful black metal band called Detsorgsekalf.  I knew the big guy screaming.  Unfortunately, he passed away a couple of years ago.

I work Security.  My phone is discreet enough that I can violate work policies and not be bored out of my skull for a 12 hour shift.  Kinda essential for sanity for me.   And I use my smartphone as an e-reader a lot.

I've know about Zaloga for years, and IIRC, even met him very breifly once when I was a little kid at a hobby show down in the states.  His work were always very coveted by my Dad, but were kinda pricy at the time for us, as we weren't very well off economiically at the time and blowing $85 on a book was a no-go

Ohithere Colli.  I haz another place to stalk you.  Also, are you actually surprised.  IIRC, Bradley gunners have to have a Sears toolset (I want to say torque wrench, but I'm not sure) to reliably keep the gun running.  The Milspec tool is garbage.
