  1. I heard that T-80 airfilters were not as effective as others Soviet tanks had, but i can't find much about that. Is there any reason for filters for gas turbines to be less effective than on diesel engines?
  2. ISIS did a bomb attack on Damascus largerly Shia district, 45 are killed, 110 injured. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qkhBCXDEPGY
  3. From BMPD blog comments - seems to me that those Su-35S are ready to use new models of AA missiles, as AKU-170 are mounted on them.
  4. Yesterday Turkey announced that another Russian plae (Su-34) violated their airspace (yeah, sure). Today Turkey put its air force in a state of "full readiness" aka The Turkish military announced "orange" alert level, which means a state of "full readiness" in which the pilots decide to open fire without the consent of the command. Previously, Ankara has accused Russia of violating the border. Yesterday Russia moved 4 SU-35S to Syria. Those 4 Su-35S are one of most recently build planes of Komsomolsk-on-Amur Aircraft Plant named after Yuri Gagarin (branch of JSC Company "Sukhoi" ) transferredto VKS of Russia in October and November 2015 - planes with the hull numbers "Red 03", "Red 04", "Red 05"and "Red 06" (serial numbers 02517, 02518, 02619, and 02620, respectively). Su-35S made their way to Syria from the airfield Privolzhskiy (Astrakhan region) with a passenger aircraft Tu-154 of the VKS of Russia (registration number RA-85042). As you can see from photos, planes are equipped with EW pods on their wingtips. Those are L-265M10 pods, which are part of the L-175M10-35S "Khibiny-M" plane EW protection system.
  5. It depends on how much energy is in light saber. Although, the First Order just could design an ERA specifically against light sabers, hehe.
  6. Ohh, and here is a video of that:
  7. Tied is almost right - artillery is also used when they can. Photos in that "refugee camp" showing specific place, which those FSAsshats used as a base and it was shelled by SAA yesterday/2 days ago.
  8. Lol, already posted in Merkava thread. Apperently they are working on different APS system for non-engineers unit Namers. I thought that Meil Ruakh was supposed to work fine when infantry is near protected vehicle.
  9. Closer look at today advances in Eastern Aleppo:
  10. It is so ugly... i want to take all those "ERA" bricks out of it.
