    I agree on muzzle reference system, but about radar - IMO it is questinable. That radar is rather small to be long range accurate radar.

    http://rectaline.livejournal.com/1610.html Analysis of ATGM use during combat near Al-Latamna (07.10-09.10) Green - insurgents. ~3 Fagot launchers for ATGMs were used, while majority of ATGMs were TOWs. Total number of launcher units - ~11, 8-9 - TOWs. From 07.10 to 09.10, 27 ATGM launches were filmed, 4 - Fagot, 23 - TOW. Usual distance of fire for TOWs - 2500 meters (max distance for version of TOW, used in combat - 4 km), for Fagot - 1700 meters (2km max distance for Fagot missiles). Concentration of ATGM launchers on frontline - in some places - 1 launcher unit per 5 km of frontline, in places with high chance of tank attack - up to 3 per 5 km.
