The relatives/friends I played with have toasters for PC's so they could not have managed those modes even after I quit pub games (due to teleporting aircraft).

At this point, the FBI, Secret Service, Federal Marshals or similar not raiding the main offices of the BATF and arresting people is unacceptable. 
Disband, arrest and deport, or admit to the nation that the BATF and all involved are now "repulsive and odious varmints of the highest order" and thus open game. 
 
Every dealing I have ever had with the BATF has left me feeling the need to bathe in bleach and rubbing alcohol. 

A Czech company did just that, as well as a 7.5mm Swiss variant.  Google the Luvo Arms LA-11.

"King Shit" though is still the PAK40 the Hamiltons restored , that set the noise muffs on my camera aflame, and corrupted the SD card . (Maybe it anschlussed it)

At this point, the Christ himself could have been presented, and I assure you, there would have been everything shy of a rabid squirrel turning up to claim some sort of unsavory encounter, for their fifteen minutes.

You still have the assumption of innocence, especially in circumstances like this.
This is one person (and another likely looking for her fifteen minutes) making a claim that goes completely against everything else said, written or investigated about the guy.
 
She's wanting a FBI investigation. The guy was a U.S. circuit judge for D.C.. If he had real dirt, it'd have turned up before this.

He worked on the Starr report, that indicted Clinton and lead to his impeachment. 
This is revenge. Plain and simple.

Auto sear/Sear trip, especially so.
Saw more than a few with the "H" piece at the rear of the receiver , knocked loose.

To add- Tubular reciever.  One for 5.56/5.45/7.62M43, one for 7,62/7,92/7,62X63.
Your bolt carrier is the sole critical component. Look at a Sterling bolt. Designed to be self clearing. Incorporate a cut for "bolt hold open".
You have two diameters of tube, with two matching diameters of bolt carrier, and three bolt faces.  Use the Johnson bolt, and the AR-16/18 gas system.
For the lower use the second gen AR-18 FCS (M-16 bitsa), and if you want to be "innovative" use a molded lower. It's taking NO stress, and merely serves to hold the magazine and FCS in alignment. For added grins you could incorporate a dovetailed section to the lower, to allow swapping magwells, for the people who think they my want to have one lower and a million uppers.( Maybe one in 6,5X55, using Swedish BAR mags, interchanging with U.S. BAR mags when sanity prevails).
 
The trick is in incorporating a "datum" line in the upper. This is your core reference. All measurements come from this.
Make this the point at which your barrel/chamber/barrel extension pins to (pins, so you can market it's "interchangeability")
 

Too complex, use existing structural rolls/channels.
 
Stoner had a good idea with the AR-16.  Use as many simple bits as possible.  Make it so you can whack parts for it out of scrap metal, if needed.
 
Determine your desired receiver width, and work from there so that the bolt carrier will be the sole critical component.  Then make that carrier (and the whole piece) so it will use as many AR (or AK) parts as possible.
