  1. Yeah, it is not a "true" "Coalition", it have 6 T-72/90-like rollers. AFAIK T-14 hull should have 7 T-80-like rollers. Although hull looks little bit higher than standart T-72/80/90 hull, so i think this is T-90-T-14 hull hybrids, made for SPGs. Turret itself already was known to public. Compare to Msta-S. Some photos related to Koalitsiya. First version for parade, AFAIK: As you see it have 6 T-90-like rollers. Possibly Koalitsiya SPGs for parade. Note rollers, and muzzle brake - that is not s Msta-S. Photo of turret, 2 years ago. How Koalitsiya should look on Armata chassis: Only differene with real one is that no ERA should be mounted on UFP, according to photo of real hull frontal area. 7 rollers per side. Turret inside of factory: And that SPG looks similar to vehicle on Priory of Sion's photos. Other version: 3D Render of new SPG.
  2. What about MBTs with crew located in the hull? There was a picture of Object 195 compared to T-90A. That thing could have pretty big sponsons. Also, look at Object 299 based heavy APC/IFV - it also have enough space to use sponsons for something more than storing crew's stuff.
  3. Article speaks about 70 tons and 40 tons versions, which is MBT levels of weight. 2 engines are needed for 70 tons version, while 49 tons model will need only 1, according to article. Although engines in sponsons would become more vulnerable for mines, plenty of photos of tanks after mines explosions can be found in Ukrainian tanks thread.
  4. Speaking about DMRs. SIG's CSASS ? Azerbaijan hates how SVD looks. Chechen spetsnaz team "Terek". What that second rifle is?
  5. IIRC not long time ago some company (BAE?) showed a prototype of their heavy IFV with 2 generators in sponsons and electrical transmission. Oh, i found it. http://defense-update.com/20141014_from_gcv_to_vision2025.html
  6. So.. Object 299? (Only without 152 mm Abrams smasher) I am more interested in placing engines/generators in vehicle sponsons/parts above tracks.
  7. Updated post about Ukrainian tank perfomance in Eastern Ukraine, general information.
  8. They know English better than me!* *not really. Source of photos, IDEX-2015: http://zyalt.livejournal.com/1284622.html
  9. From IDEX-2015. No AK, but...
  10. Debaltsevo, Ukrainian forces T-64. Interesting BTR version. Debaltsevo. Ukrainian T-64 with destroyed gun barrel, also note amount of damage to near trees from fragments. Somewhere near Debaltsevo. BMP-2 after frontal hit. Ukrainian abandoned positions near Debaltsevo. BTR and BMP-1 Undamaged! It have superior armor than T-64s! It survived a direct shot from Armata tank! Civilian car used by Ukrainian forces. Jokes aside, T-64 on a road near Debaltsevo. Add on ERA is showing why designers prefer build-in ERA. Some vehicls were showed previously, i think that tank is a tank near big piles of logs. BMP, another angle. BTR-70, i think. BMP, maybe 1 or 2.
  11. Side ERA was hit, big part of ERA was lost. UFP filler is visible. T-64. BTR-3E. T-64BM Bulat. T-72. Possible Ukrainian T-72 left in Debaltsevo. Better picture of 3 rebels T-64BVs that lost tracks because of mines during assault on Uglegorsk. Tanks are from Demon's ("Bes") unit. After rebels took Uglegorsk. Same tanks. Rebels and 2 T-72s. Picture was made after that assault. This is KMT mineclearing device that can be attached to T-64/72/80/90.
  12. Muzzle device to eliminate sideway-moving gases to make life more comfortable for your comrades. God...
  13. Well, those are 'rumors', designers can change their mind. RAE 2015 is when we will see live fire show from T-14, AFAIK.
  14. T-14 will not have fume extractor too. 2A82M gun, mate. Leclerk's autoloader photos is hard to find. Hull ammorack is right after frontal armor near driver. It is how that autoloader could look like, as it is conveyor type of loading device. Loading new shell and selecting new shell for next loading are separated operations, which helps to increase RoF to ~12 shots per minute.
  15. Merkava bad? Where is Turkish SUPERIOR Altay if we have mock-up Polish plasma tank? T-84 is not in "bad"?
  16. I think he was speaking about E4. Russia is also developing new APFSDS rounds for T-14, which are almost 1 meter long.
  17. Unknown, although i expect that T-14 would not be avaliable to export, at least for some time.
  18. A model of the T-14 inside of UVZ. T-14 AA capability confirmed! BTW, before Victory parade T-14's turrets would be covered so we will see them only during parade itself.
