Yes, but what is the commonality between Lance 1 and 2.0 turrets ? if I were the Australian Army, I would have compelled the Lance 1 turret first.

Nothing. I think we will have an impact of the US-Army call for its next IFV. In this case, we can imagine a direct influence of the Bradley Next Gen from BAE.
