Hey shitwinkle. You relise that cluster munitions are a very broad description of ordnance. And besides why do the winds of shit blow wention someone mentions clusters. stuff like that is alot more vital to any offensive action into the south than assloads of tricked out T-62s will ever be, alot of South Korean defensive action is basically "block the fuck out of any roads and stall them here". A Korean campaign, in any case will be won who lost politically by who can isolate the largest forces strategically. The North Koreans have a pretty massive artillery advantage to drain moral and push through inital defenses hoping to grap enough land to force a political stalemate or involvement of their allies, and the South Koreans and their capitalist Allies have a rather decisive lead in the field of aerospace and sea control. Not that both cant be negated by counter battery and air defense and what ever the fuck China would do in a continuation of the Korean War. And such rockets arent exactly expensive to make or too terribly complicated to produce and have been around for a long time. Not that my eyes can tell too good through a 480p video but it looks like its based on the Chinese type 63 armored personal chassis, as alot of things in North Korea are. As china handed them out like party favors during the cold war. The norks use them (predicatbly) as APC's but also SPAAG, motar carries IFV's, and command vehicles

i think at best the magazine rifle would have around 2 to 3 seconds advantage, even if its 5 to 8 it really dosent matter, since it adds alot of needless trouble and wastes alot of resources to fix a problem that barely exist some rifleman reloading his bolt a couple of seconds sooner to save his life might happen a couple dozen times in the entire war, under normal battlefield occurrences it will neither help or hinder him. Not every reload happens under stress, not every rifleman even gets through his 5 round box in any sort of time

And all jabs at the Nazi's aside, it's an issue of spending a decent amount of resources to fix a problem that you have no real metric of telling whether it exists or not in the first place. Yes magazines are faster, they are also less prone to fuckups during loading, but in 5 round rifles that the average infantryman will be lucky to get through his entire magazine before being mulched from artillery or machine gun fire, or simply be sparred long enough to start shoveling some more rounds into the magazine when he's not being shot at- the potential of time saved dosent outweigh what materials and labor go into maxing separate magazines
