A bunch of urban localities just reported in so remain has the lead. edit: Also pretty much all have Scotland has voted -to stay- along with Wales, though the Welsh want to jump ship interestingly. I honestly don't know if being an EU member is a fair deal or not (though I've heard serious grievances against it), but I respect that a lot of Britons want to wrest their country away from it.
