No, the Battle Tank Dismantling GmbH does not demilitarize AFVs - it only scraps them. The company is called "Marco Pablo Sp. z o. o." and is located in Poland (their website is toysforboys4.eu).

Photos from Marder 1A3 demilitarization process in Germany (armor has to be removed in certain areas, so law enforcement could defeat it), giving some visible references on armor thickness.
